Wonderful private (hotel) beach. Fantastic view from the lake-view suite and the breakfast terrace. Nice outdoor pool and huge indoor pool. Perfectly equipped fitness room. Dog friendly ?.

Junior Suite rather small. Limited space in the room. Separated little bedroom cosy, but the bed quite small (suitable for a kid).

Loved all the amenities. Found breakfast to be overpriced so we had lovely breakfasts offsite for a lot less. But the pool and beach area were excellent for kids/families. The property is huge and beautiful! We had a great time. The location is perfect for convenience. I was also able to do laundry just a five minute walk down the street. The ferry to the islands is next to the property as well and a market happens there as well.

Our phone either didn’t work or the staff didn’t pick it up for room service. I had to call from my cell home to general number for all properties and they transferred me to room service. However the food delivery was very prompt!

The hotel is historic and has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It's a great choice for a family.

This hotel is overrated and should not be 4-star hotel. Everything is you have to pay for, including water in the room. I didn't like the rate used for daily use of parking. I'm glad that we booked without breakfast, as the breakfast is below 2 2-star hotel.

Stains on bedding. Definitely a budget hotel, charge for everything.

Loved the view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was delightful. The location was superb, and I liked the fact that we could exit the gardens at the lake with our room key. The ublic areas are gorgeous.

I found the bed a bit hard, but I am a bit fussy about mattresses. It would have been nice to have a Nespresso machine in the room. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

Beautiful resort on the Lake Maggiore. You can easily travel around or spend leisure time on the beach or multiple pools.

Not easy to get there from Malpensa airport. Hotel of this size needs to organize its own shuttle to transport visitors.

Position of room. Too far away from exit of hotel. The hotel decided to increase a good charge over and above of our agreement. When we asked for what was this charge at the reception, the answer was that it was for their services. Cannot understand what extra services we were given as we never approached the reception apart from Check In and Check out.

Nice beach access, easy to find and comfortable, parking lot is great

Spacious rooms, lots of public areas for sitting both indoors and outdoors, swimming pools, and wonderful views across the lake.

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a vacuo of tea.

Property position was superb. Option to go to the lake was handy. Breakfast on the terrace was so lovely. The hotel view was incredible.

There was absolutely nothing to not like. Leaving the hotel was difficult, we wanted to stay forever.

The hotel was nice, great views and the room was spacious. The pool area was very full and the food at the bar was not great and quite expensive but the rest of the pluses easily made up for that.

Beach and Pool area

More power points in the room. We only had one in the main room that was working, none by the bed or bedside table

It is a fantastic elegant hotel, very spacious , spotlessly clean, great location, able to walk into town, able to enter the lake directly from the hotel. The pools were both large and a nice depth for us. All of the staff were very polite and friendly .The rooms were the biggest that we have stayed in, an very plush,quiet and elegant.Paid underground car park made parking very simple.The grounds are magnificent and once again elegant.Bathroom was huge with separate shower and bath. Quiet and efficient air conditioning.

Minor quibbles really, at first the price of the car park seemed a little excessive but it made sense really. No kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.Breakfast was too pricey for us, a family of 9, would have been over £100 every day, but plenty of options nearby. Perhaps not enough sunbeds by the pool, but not really enough room for anymore anyway. Drinks were expensive, asked for a small beer at the pool bar,without specifying which one ,and was charged for the most expensive, 9.50 I think, which was around 3.50 anywhere else.

The pools, the bar, the view. Lots of space to relax and admire the beautiful scenery. Good choice of cafes and restaurants just outside the gates

I would have liked a coffee machine in the room.

The location and facilities were amazing, particularly the pools and pool area. Friendly staff at reception. Large and comfortable room and it felt luxurious.

The meal at the restaurant was not good.
