The location was superb; amazing view, worth a long drive to the property. The building is ancient but in excellent condition. Staff was really friendly and welcoming

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is super helpful, the views are impeccable and the rooms are clean. This hotel was definitely the best value for money that we experienced in Switzerland.

It was a little bit too warm and the rooms are a little bit aged.

The location is quiet, bout a 12 minute drive from the autobahn, overlooking the lake. Breakfast was pleasant, with ample options. Balcony had great views of the lake. Room is clean, bur rather simple. Bed was also comfortable. Would stay again.

Water bottles were not provided in the room, and the pillows weren't excellent. Small details, but they matter.

The staff were super nice and helpful especially Mr Gerard (incredible person), the hotel has a breathtaking view and the breakfast was delicious. this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to in Europe. Great value

It was a nice place up in the mountains, very clean.

It was very far away from things, and the food was rather expensive. It was "just a hotel" -- no real character like you would find in a B & B.

No safe on premises. Facilities in the rooms were clean, but certainly slightly dated. Prices in the restaurant were on the higher side.

There was a female staff at the restaurant who didn’t seem very friendly, but all other stuff were nice.

The breakfast was more than adequate. The place was very nice, but not much interaction with the staff, which we didn't expect anyway. It was a clean hotel and fit our needs. The main drawback is that ir is on the other side of the lake and takes quite a while to drive to the opposite side for certain activities.

As a Chinese taste, the food in the hotel restaurant is just so so compared with other Austrian restaurants and not cheap

Exceptional views from the restaurant.

We were on the top floor with no windows. We had two patio doors, but only one side of one door would open. We were to warm even with the door open. We had very poor air circulation with no fan.

Perfect location and the view from the room was amazing, the food offered at hotel restaurant was delicious.

Just the road to the hotel was a bit difficult and risky on a rainy day.Breakfast needs some more varieties.
