Lovely lakeside property. No real view from the room but the restaurant/bar it’s attached to is incredible.Host communicated poorly but overall it was a pleasant stay at a very fair rate.

Beautiful beach location, spacious and comfortable room.

More traffic noise than expected on the land side of the building. Breakfast unavailable at the restaurant was closed on Mondays. Reading lamps by the bed would be nice.

location! the hotel/restaurant sits in a wonderful landscape on the lake surrounded by high mountains : simply gorgeous!it's also possible to walk around to enjoy the view of the lake

mattresses were uncomfortable heating was not working: seemed connected to the big light: when the big lights were off, the heating was going off, which meant the room stayed cold all night (we arrived at dinner time, so we didnt have the big lights on for long)there were no extra blankets in the wardrobe so the room was cold at night timeroom by the road: not a lot of traffic, but still you could hear the cars passing byexpensive for the structure facilities

Gorgeous location, clean, quiet, and comfortable! This apartment was perfect for my family and I as we traveled through the area. The host was very helpful and flexible. We visited during the off-season, so didn't get to fully appreciate the property (beach bar was closed, too cold for swimming) but we enjoyed the stunning views and had a great night's sleep. The room was sparse -- clearly just a place to rest your head and not spend a lot of time indoors. No mini fridge and there wasn't any hand soap so we had to improvise. Otherwise perfect and I hope we can come back sometime!

The setting is stunning and the food in the restaurant was great. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Booking.com, for some reason, had put it through as a booking for only one person so there was a difference in charge when we arrived. I have no issue with this but it should have been informed at the time of check in, rather than when we went to pay afterwards. Luckily, it was a minimal change in price but had it doubled, it would have been a bigger issue. I don't really know what the additional charge was for as it was the same room as if I had been the only guest anyway; assuming for the extra towel that was provided for guest 2?Food is amazing but as expected for Switzerland, expensive. We ordered water for the table but apparently you need to specify tap water? Lovely water but expensive at over 8CHF per litre. There is no fridge in the room and the location is remote so you're somewhat tied into eating in their own restaurant unless you have a car.As other reviews state, the rooms can get hot in the night and opening the window was not an option as it's right on the road which can be noisy, either from cars and buses or loud rain, in our case. We had a coffee machine in our room but unfortunately it didn't work and just leaked all over my husbands feet. The shower was small and tight but sufficient.We checked out on a Saturday morning and luckily, I realised just in the nick of time that there was only 1 bus that day and it was due in 4 minutes so we had to rush. It would be ideal if they informed people who are checking out on a weekend that there is only the 1 bus running at 9.22am; had we not checked, we would have checked out at 10 and then had to do a 3 hour boat journey to get to where we needed to go, from what I found on Google.The above is not necessarily complaints, but little things that would have been nice.

Location was great. We traveled in the off season so it wasn't as busy in the area which was nice. The staff was very friendly.

The room was beautiful and clean, staff went over and above, true hospitality at its best and the food was exceptional! The tour ecesability to transportation by boat was great to local tour boat by foot. Beautiful piece of paradise!

The location was awesome. The rooms are as described quite basic, view to the street but perfectly fine for a overnight stay. Make sure to go to the connected restaurant, the food was great, very kind staff and the view is gorgeous.

Stunning setting but basic accommodation. No complaints but as I said basic. Food in the restaurant was exceptional, very tasty.

The view is literally incredible.

We didn't realize (some of this could be on us since it is a cultural norm) that Switzerland shuts down on Mondays and how REMOTE this property is. We booked for only Monday night and didn't realize that upon arrival, the hotel and restaurant would be closed. Considering we took 2 trains and a 3 hr ferry to get to the hotel, it was a very disconcerting situation. Felix, the manager, made us pizza and was so kind- but, had we known, we would not have booked.

The hotel was lovely, the restaurant was fantastic and the views was spectacular!!The staff was very friendly and inviting and always had a smile on their faces

No air-con so room got a little stuffy. Restaurant very good - excellent panorama albeit on the expensive side. Unique and expected it so no complaints.

We loved its proximity to the lake, and that it had a beach bar for dinner. Perfect stop over en route to Italy from France.

It was very hot and we only had one fan for coolness.

We loved it. We jumped in the lake in the evening and early morning, restaurant and staff was very nice, we enjoyed our dinner tremendously.

Morning traffic behind the windows, but we knew it was tine to get up anyway!

The view from the hotel was very beautiful.

Few of the employees both looked like and seemed like they did weed or similar at the moment, which wasn’t very comfortable.The employees were not serviceoriented.Also, the lights on the bathroom didn’t work.We ended up leaving during the evening due to our unsatisfaction.

Location of hotel is breathtaking, the restaurant on site has incredible views and is styled beautifully. Very modern and the decor of the whole place was very well done. Staff were all super friendly. Room was perfect for what we needed, nice and spacious. Location was great for hiking, Uri is a beautiful region to visit.

Road behind the property was slightly closer than expected. Room could've done with a Hairdryer especially seeing as swimming in the lake was an option next door to the hotel.

The location was great right at the lake. - the room was big and clean - bed was comfortable - had restaurant and a bar- free parking for hotel and restaurant guests however limited places during lunch time it might be hard to find a free parking

the room was overlooking the street and you could hear the cars passing by during the night - the light and vent would take a while to turn on in the bathroom
