Veryyy old property. A/C in the wall more than 20 years old, windows do not isolate the street noize.Simply very old old hotel

Good Business Hotel, nice breakfast, helpful staff

Internet was pretty poor

The location was very convenient close to restaurants and 20 min away- walking distance- from a shopping mall. The breakfast was good and included traditional food from Brazil as well as fruits, yoghurt etc

We stayed in a bigger room at first and later moved to a standard one. Besides the space, the mattress in the smaller room was not as comfortable as in the bigger room. Also, the smaller room was noisier because of the floor 4th and the side it was positioned.

Amazing breaksfast, comfortable bed.

Bathroom not in good shape, old building

The location was fine for our needs, there is not much choice in the area, if you are looking for cost/benefit option. The accommodation was fine, yet very strangely set up rooms. In a suite for four people you've had to pass from one through other sleeping room to reach the bathroom with toilet. There were two showers in one bathroom with one toilet not separated by doors, which I found pretty weird as you won't use the other shower once there is another person in the bathroom. Fresh and tasty fruit for the breakfast and fresh orange juice - nice! It is old, but clean hotel.

The breakfast choice could change during the days. We have spent 7 nights there and you find the simple breakfast with exactly the same every day quiet boring... Yet you can feed yourself without any trouble, it's just not variable, that's all.

It has a good location and the staff is helpful

The building is extremely old. The lift kept breaking down. The breakfast never ever changes. Rooms need refurbishment.

hotel is old, but very clean, and has an excellent location, the staff are very polite and kind, the breakfast is wonderful.

Windows were NOT double glazed, so even on 13th Floor (I'm not superstitious) there was a LOT of Traffic NoiseNote:I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are travelling with small children as the Windows open far too wide and they could easily fall out :-(

I love the location, the bed is very comfortable, the staff are just amazing, every time I am back in Brazil I make sure I can spend some days at the hotel.

The TV could have better signal, it was a bit blurry.

It was really well located, the staff was friendly, it served a great breakfast in the morning, and it had free parking for hotel guests.

The only "issue" I had with the hotel was the noise at night. The hotel overlooks an avenue and my room faced that avenue. There was traffic all night and it was a bit noisy.

Staff were exceptional in their help, information and attention. Very much appreciated!!

We looked at 2 rooms which were showing signs of mould on walls before accepting the room we stayed in.
