Very cold room in winter

Amazing starf. Staid for the Europian handboltournament in Kristianstad. The service was great the breakfast was amazing. The hotel bar was vert good and the hafa á lot of patience with veru happy Icelanders. Everything is just few stelpa away. HM =10 steps, sushiplace 100 steps, trainstation just over the townsquare.the hotel is very clean, the gym is super good

Breakfast was good and cocktails on the bar very good. The bed was really comfortable. Very good space to play some cards downstairs. Very good for group of people.

That the bar was closed on sunday. We wanted to come and have drink after handball match and it was closed.

Location was great - easy distance from station. Hotel was quiet and comfortable and breakfasts were great. The staff were friendly and professional. There was an event on, which were emailed about and we were given a room which ensured we weren’t disturbed by it.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are quiet, and no one disturbed me or made noise. It’s conveniently located near the station.

The sauna wasn't working during my stay, which was disappointing, but it happens. However, I really didn't like the staff's attitude toward the issues I had with the Wi-Fi connection. For some reason, I was unable to connect to the public network that the hotel uses, and when I encountered trouble connecting my laptop, the staff made no effort to assist me — I had to resolve the issue myself.

Very conveniently placed, near the train station, for a short stay in Hässleholm. The lounge and bar area were the highlight for us - cosy atmosphere with both indoors and outdoors seating. Friendly staff and comfy beds added to our experience.

Unfortunately the spa was not open which we did not know in advance

The hotel was excellent – very clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to the train station, which made getting around really easy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with plenty of variety and great quality. Highly recommend

Stayed only one night and arrived late. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There was a bad smell from the drain in the shower. The hair dryer was broken. I wish there would have been an electric kettle and some coffee in the room. They didn’t accept cash for payment which I think is unfortunate. No parking in front of the hotel, you must find a parking in the streets nearby.

The location is great, the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Hotel’s restaurant and bar are excellent. The staff were very welcoming.

The bed was shockingly bad - too soft, springy and narrow for 2 people, meaning that if one person moved in the night, the other was woken up. The room had no kettle for a hot water, no fridge for any drinks and crucially, for a heatwave - no aircon.

The location was perfect for my stay in Hassleholm. It was minutes from the central station. The hotel was very nice and charming. Great breakfast buffet. They were very accommodating to my travel schedule and flexibility

The look of this hotel is incredible. It looks and feels very luxurious, with rituals products and towels I wish I had at home. The staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast, chef's kiss. Definitely try out the waffles that you make yourself. It's also right in the center of Hässleholm with the train station right across the town square.

Just the tiniest thing. The instructions on how to make the waffles, despite being right above the station, weren't visible enough for me to register that they were there. I saw others have the same problem. Maybe add some pictures to the instructions to catch more attention, because no one should miss out on the waffles.

The location is perfect: central yet quiet, with many attractions within walking distance.A particular highlight was the breakfast buffet: extensive, fresh and with something for every taste. From fresh fruit to a variety of breads and cheeses to hot dishes – everything was lovingly prepared and of high quality.A huge thank you goes to Anton at reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional and really went out of his way to organise a hire car for us at short notice. His helpfulness and commitment made our stay even more enjoyable – service like this is not a given!We will definitely be back and can recommend the hotel without reservation!

At the reception desk I paid more that I should pay by ca. 400sek, comparing to the price from booking.com. I claimed this price and now waiting for the refund.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable bed, friendly staff.The building is relatively old and is not very soundproof, but nice earplugs were provided in the room, so I still had nice sleep.

It would be better if there were an electric kettle in the room.
