- I have made the reservation on-line and when i arrived at the location they told me that they don't have any available rooms.

I had to call the reception and have it break open by a very rude guy. It looks like it's a common issue, as every other door has signs of forcing.

The hotel needs to complete renovations. In one of the rooms, the bathroom water tank was leaking.

The hotel is like 1 and half star,the pictures on the site is different,the TV is some old fat small tv,free toiletries is not what you can aspect,heating is aprox 18 grade C.in the room,so the heating is not working efficiently,there is no smoke alarm,and before me somebody was smoked in the room
