Hotel Onix

The hotel is near to the slope.

In 4 nights nobody clean my room. They changed just the towels. The staff, 90% Nepalese and the Romanian receptionist weren't so friendly....maybe upsets because a poor period...Breakfast at 6€ is extremely poor and it was prepared by the receptionist and the restaurant seems to be abandoned.Ok...this experience was during a week poor in snow and tourists

This hotel has an elevator, this being the main reason for us to chose it for our 2-day stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is modern. Breakfast is very nice. Dinner is good also, but the service in the evening is a little slow. Parking is free in front of the hotel (about 15 spots). There is a small convenience market across the street.

First day we arrived we ordered lunch at the hotel restaurant. Soups were OK. Main course not so, very salty. The rooms need more outlets with easy access, to charge the phones.

Some items in the bathroom needed repairs: toilet cover, fan, shower booth.Balcony outside door also was a bit broken.

It is really nice placed close to amenities. Really nice view from the balcony, big, nice and clean room. Also bathroom big enough and clean and the hotel provide needed toiletries.

That did not had breakfast.. we normally like to have breakfast at the place we stay. I think they should have a breakfast option to offer.

The staff and the size of the rooms

The bathroom was clean but the shower was rusty and not completely functional

It was clean, it has a parking lot, the location was good.

The room was with "mountain view" but not much of a view. On the hallways, it was really dark. The restaurant was open, but no one inside, I did not feel it would be a good option. The checkout was mentioned everywhere as being at 10.30 AM! But when I asked they said that 11.30 is fine but can be extended, even though on booking it says 12.00. So that was not very clear for me.

The location

There was a noise that was disturbing. Some ventilation sound that kept on ringing throughout the stay.

The hotel is easy to reach, had a parking lot and had a nice view. The rooms were ok and had a balcony with a nice view.

The room could not be locked. We didn't have any issues, but this should be fixed.

the front desk is nice, gave us an upgrade. the room is clean.

the location is great during winter and the snowy season

the beds were extremely uncomfortable; bedsheets had a few small wholes on them; the other guests were very noisy in the morning at 7 AM; we were expected at breakfast late, being told there is a large group visiting, but there was no one coming

Nice location with a reasonable price, it is okay for a couple of nights.

Nobody speaks in English

The room was big, it was warm when we arrived-heating functioned , had a nice voiew of the mountains. Skislope just near the hotel

The hotel is nice, clean and conveniently located on the Transalpina Road. It provides parking on the property and a nice mountain view. We arrived late, it took them 20 minutes to find our reservation. We were given other types of rooms and I had to argue for the ones we asked.Right after us came a family with 2 kids and they refused them pretending that there were no rooms-for sure there were the 2 rooms where they tried to put us. When we wanted dinner, they told us that the restaurant is closed, even though there were 10 minutes left for the last order.The biggest problem here is the staff

The staff was unhelpful, calling the owner for every single thing. They talked back even if we were guests and in the end it proved that we were right. With 2 kids of 6 and 7 we had to go to another restaurant at 9 pm as they were to lazy to make us a dinner.
