The room was big enough, the swimming pool was great and the breakfast was good.

I can't say I didn't like the food, but the restaurant doesn't have a good food, maybe the pizza was good, but I didn't try.

This is not even a three stars hotel. It is also far away for other Ramada hotels in Romania.

We found objects under the bed. The air worked only at night. If it was too hot, it was recommended that we open the windows.

It had pretty much everything you expect when you stay in a Ramada Hotel. Very clean. Spacious room and bathroom

The bed was not the quality that a 4* hotel should have . No boxpring. I was expecting

The swimming pool

Incredibly rude staff at the reception on arrival, explaining me that I don’t understand anything to Romania and anything to luxury hotels. The swimming pool is fantastic, the problem is the very loud music even when you are alone there and the monopolization of the swimming pool by even two kids in the Luna park . Room card not working several times within 24 hours, and the receptionist Dorina dealing with the clients like you owe things to the hotel and not the other way around.

Delicious food, clean rooms, polite staff, a pool with two slides, but there were a lot of people. The slides start working at 10 am.

Location: very quiet area, somehow out of the city, but in the same time close enough to the city center.Facilities: rooms, SPA, massageOutside pool is also available, but in a late October not something that you want to try ?Staff: awesome

Restaurant: the food is good, but I think on a range from 0 to 10, will be somewhere at 7-8. Definitely not starving, but for sure not fine dining. Even one staff member should be more "customer oriented".If you use booking.com , the SPA access is not included in the room rate (additional charges).

It is a new facility at an international standard. everything was great. the rooms are great. it is spotless clean. great parking space. friendly staff.

we stayed for one night during our motorcycle trip. nothing i would mention as a negative.

The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed. Amazing heatead swimming pool and great Spa. Staff was fantastic, good breakfast and great coffee.

Jacuzzi was off during my stay. No food labels for breakfast. People might get confused on what they are eating or can be allergic to some products like spicy sausage or goat milk.
