Very nice stuff and great view.

It wasnt clear for me that I had to make a reservation for the payed parking.

Great breakfast. Great service. Great location. Great for anyone including bikers. Bike storage included.

The bed was very springy and squishy.

Charming, older hotel. Very clean, very well run. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms with balconies are especially nice. Views everywhere, though. Patio seating was great. Close to a full-size grocery store (Spar). Clsoe to train station and bus stops. Over all, a very good place to stay and reasonably priced.

Wifi was essentially non-existent. Mentioned this to hotel manger but no improvement was made. Since my stay was business-related, without a wifi connection my colleagues (15) and I had a hard time getting our work done..

Value for money.Nice staff, good breakfast, charming building from outside in the center very close to train station.

Bit old top floor room, with tiny bathroom/toilet, not to much noise insulation, but I liked the atmosphere.

Cool location, price performance super. Rooms are comfortable.

In sauna, in lounge area was too cold, so it was not comfortable to rest there.

Overwhelmed by choice at breakfast. Sadly after feasting the night before, and being rushed by friend to skiing, I never had the the time or appetite to indulge in the wonderful spread. Continental and cooked, everything you could wish for, including a delicious cappuccino. Staff warm, welcoming, there to help with a smile.If I'd not been so busy skiing, I'd love to have sat on the balcony and watched the skiing world go by.Good ski boot room, and a lovely hot bath to come home to. Would have liked there to be evening restaurant. Would also have enjoyed bar more if not out eating - or so tired from skiing (but Im an older guest).Bernhard very kindly helped out when we couldn't get a taxi when we needed one.

Location is perfect if you ski. There is a protected car parking, although it is paid additionally. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Staff very nice and helpful.

It is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and management. The location is excellent with only 5 5-minute walk to the ski lift and the Therme. Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausages were freshly prepared every morning. Fresh bread and coffee were served. The management of the hotel and the staff did an excellent job.

The hotel is modern and clean. It lies within a short walking distance from the railway station, the Felsentherme and a supermarket.We were upgraded from the attic room to the ground floor one which was nice and spacious.The buffet breakfast was delicious, food was a really good quality.Both the young ladies who seemed to be running the entire hotel on their own were very nice, helpful and efficient.

You do get some traffic noise as the hotel is just off the main road.Also, though it might have been an oversight, soft boiled eggs served cold didn’t seem a great idea to us ;)

Price and specially the terrace and location also had a great breakfast

Probably about parking that it’s not free.

Stopped here on our motorbikes, a good welcome and good parking for our bikes. Rooms were good if a little small, breakfast was lovely.

Good value for money.

The hotel and our room were very nice. Our family felt very comfortable. There is a supermarket right next door & in just a few minutes you can be in the center of Bad Gastein.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the restaurant for breakfast. We didn't know that. An exception was made. Thank u for that! Our dog was calm the whole time. At the next table, a toddler screamed for about 1.5 hours non stop.

Great location, friendly personnel and good choice for breakfast.

Central location, nice and clean room, nice and helpful staff, private parking (not free).

No small fridge in the room, no heating but this isn't a must for me. For my wife was cold but we managed it :)

Breakfast was good.

I didnt like the communication with staff. Bathroom didnt has a curtain. I had to pay for the parking, but nobody said that. I took the chepeast room, and it sait that place has a double bed or a 2 single beds, then I arrived it occured that this type of room only available with two separate beds, so I had to pay more :) Also at night there was some strage noise, witch bothers my sleep.

Nice location, beautiful area. The bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the sauna!
