Amazing location: close to the historical city center and with an astonishing Mountain View. Good breakfast: nice selection of tasty food. Very good coffee.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. But it is super minor and did not at all hindered the vacation

Authentic Austrian as I remember it from childhood. Restaurant great 3 days in a row.

What I liked about Hotel Mozart was its old-world charm paired with practicality. It felt warm and unpretentious—more classic European than flashy—which I actually loved.

My single room was unusually spacious, with high ceilings. The bar and other communal areas are old-fashioned in a good way. The ski bus stops right outside.

It’s right on the edge of town, a 10minute walk to either the old or new centres. Whichever way you go you end up climbing steep hills either going or returning, but that’s the nature of Bad Gastein.

Beautiful location and great amenities, especially the tub. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Beautiful mountain views from the spacious room. Great location in the centre of town. Walking distance from the train station and to the ski lifts and waterfall. The owners were very friendly and helpful with giving advice about local hikes - the walk to Palfnersee at the top of the Graukogelbahn was a highlight of our whole European trip!

It would have been nice to have tea-making facililties in the room.

Decent hotel. Decoration is really tired and dated. Does the job for a night or two. They very kindly let me park my motorcycle at the entrance under the roof because it was going to rain.

WiFi was very unreliable. Got disconnected evert 2 minutes or so

Very clean and beautiful room, and the the staff was so helpful and nice. The view from our balcony was fantastic! Already looking forward to next time here!

The behavior of the owner who was in reciption and deal with me with a bad way shouting and hit the wooden reciption . When I tried to explain to him why I didn’t put the name of 7years old daughter in the booking from the beginning .

Great location. 1 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 minutes to the center of town. Cool old building. Sauna, balcony. Great breakfast breakfast.

We liked everything. No wonder it is the sixth time we come to Mozart Hotel in Badgastein and that says it all. Very clean, personal extremely nice. Large rooms with balcony and view over the fantastic valley. Excellent breakfast. Lift and Free parking Mozart is a family run hotel. We wish to thank again to Isabella, Florian and Armin for their warm hospitality and hopefully we'll be there next year.

Spacious and clean rooms. Ski bus just outside hotel which was nice because of steep uphill to lifts. Short walk to centre, also uphill. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Would be nice if breakfast (7:30-10) started a little earlier so you dont have to rush to catch the first ski bus.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bad Gastein. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had an excellent dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Great views from hotel room

Perfect location - shuttle bus stop to the lifts is in a few steps, nice historical hotel, stunning view from the room, high quality of bedding.
