Kurparkstübl Bad Schandau

Lovely staff! Super sweet and super caring. All smiles. So warm. So accommodating. I thought I must have been out of Germany already ? The restaurant downstairs is also amazing. Order their venison goulash ❤️Rooms are clean too.

Spacious flat in the heart of the park, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, big working desk, very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent food.

We have booked for one night only, should have booked for a week at least :)

The apartment is spacious

It was very hot in Bad Schandau when we were there so it would have been nice to have a fan.

Very cute hotel. We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. Excellent and very fresh breakfast. Simply a magical place.

Good food in the restaurant. There could be a small discount in the restaurant for guest staying in the hotel

We missed to have a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee in the room

Friendly stuff, but they don’t speak English well. Location not too far from the spa. Hot water is good. The heating is good.

The hotel is old, room is kinda small, and breakfast doesn’t have much choice.

Warm welcome from staff, comfortable room with very comfortable bed, warm, lift, parking, short walk to town centre, iron lift and historic tram, breakfast good. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, central but amid scenery. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were very pleasant

Departure for historic tram Kirnitzschtalbahn close. Short walk to the iron lift Personenaufzug.Highly recommended.

Great quiet location in Saxon Switzerland. Lots of places to go, cute tram that goes up the valley (Lichtenhainer Waterfall - not much water in this so it was a bit disappointing) - can use this to open up more walk options. We had a car but the bus options look good too, or the steamers/train to Dresden. Had good meals in the restaurant too.

We had top floor room with sloping ceilings from the roof, although it was a good size for 3 of us (would sleep 4). But you might find it a bit tight if you're taller

Location quiet and comfy. Good starting point for Kuhstahl park.

Staff makes this place a top choice. We arrived during a transit strike and they saved out trip. Big rooms

Convenient location- no noise - museum next door - tram to waterfall across the street (host provided free tram and bus tickets) - ample breakfasts- free parking - nice artwork in the apartment - efficient kitchen facility - tub with separate shower. Restaurant on bottom floor, nicely decorated with local motifs.

Nice place, at the northern most tip of Bad Schandau centre, to enjoy a stopover while hiking in the area ! Respect for the ladies who run the place: from reception, to serving, to cooking, to cleaning. Room as stated on website. Mattress so/so (soft) in our opinion, but that is subjective. Spacious and clean. Well sorted buffet breakfast in seperate room on 1st floor. Cosy bar / restaurant downstairs for diner & drinks (we had both and can recommend eating in: nothing fancy but well prepared !). Nice to stroll in the Kurpark across the hotel or into the city (500m ?) after diner. Terrace outside in front of the hotel. Storage facility for bikes on site. We enjoyed our stay !

Great location next to tram and Malerweg, live person at check in, excellent breakfast, and a restaurant on site.

kurparkstübl Pension was simply perfect for us. After doing the Malerweg for hours, we arrived to this beautiful and comfortable place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view to the forest. Breakfast was amazing :) I would 100% recommend.

There are no complaints from our end.
