Complimentary coffee and tea during the day, superb 10/10 breakfast, helpful and friendly staff ( with a small handwritten welcome message on the table), close proximity to the Spa, possibility to park the car next to the hotel.

Walls are a bit thin, had to knock on the next door to turn the TV volume down.

At first I was given a budget single room although I upgraded to a superior single room through booking. The front desk Lady was really nice and offered me an upgrade to a Beautiful double bed room.It is in a really old Building and it has its charm.The rooms are pretty basic but comfortable and have everything one needs. The view was amazing!The lift is old and really small but it does its job.The Breakfast is amazing with options of freshly made egg dishes. Almost everything is organic and/or local.It is a bit hard to find the parking so Id recommend contacting the host when you get there.All the staff was really helpful and friendly.The location is amazing - you are in the center of the town but it is reachable by car.Id recommend choosing your room at first and not trust booking to contact the host about further upgrades.100% recommendation from me!

Newly rennovated: fresh paint, new interior wood doors and door frames, new tile in hallways. Very friendly, attentive staff, family business, nice to have an elevator, good storage for ski equipment, close to free public transportation, delicious breakfast.

Nothing to complain about

The rooms were delightfully cozy and a very good standard. I had a single room with a balcony which had a charming view of the valley. It was spacious and quiet with new floors and fittings, new furnishing and everything comfortable.Breakfast was good with buffet and a la carte options.Location was good. Walking distance to everywhere, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts or you could take a free bus.Staff were always friendly and very helpful.

Nothing to dislike, except that we had to leave early.

Very good place to stay. Stuff was welcoming and nice, room clean and braakfast everything you need. All the restaurants and shops within 1 min walking distance and main ski lift 8min. Definitely place to come back

Excelent location, 3 min. walk to bus station, 5 min. to Alpentherme. Good breakfast. The apartment was a little old fashioned but fully equiped and well mentained.

One of the mattreses was very used, and unconfortable to sleep on. Room temperature (partially solved with a unit heater provided by the host)

everything was great, single room with a wonderful view, balcony, in summer you get a free use of gasteiner gondolas, good breakfast, all for very reasonable price!

It was super kind, that breakfast was served at 4am for the runners of the Infinite Trails 2022 race. The breakfast was great and also included a lot of homemade ingredients. Location in Bad Hofgastein is superb and the staff is very nice.

Clean, quiet and everything you need is there. Good breakfast too.
