Hotel is really top quality with great services and you feel pampered from the moment you come till you will leave. Celtic spa is amazing, food is excellent and stuff is very helpful and friendly, mainly Florian will make your day bright every day.

The hotel is family-friendly, as it offers convenient direct access from the hotel to the Therme spa, making it ideal for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. The hotel's spa is excellent and usually not crowded. However, the hotel's location is great—right in the city center, with many restaurants nearby.

The downside is the very very poor breakfast.

The food was great! We did the half board option and the kids and the adults found plenty to eat. High quality and good value!

Clean room, clean hotel.

First of all, the hotel is in three separate buildings, connected on the 2nd floor. Our room wasn’t on the main building, so can’t judge the other buildings. Our Room with balcony on the 2nd floor didn’t have a good view but facing the bank building. Small bathroom with a small basin. The Alphen Therme is literally a few hundred meters away connected via underground (luckily it’s heated and you’re ok with bathrobe, but a long walk. Afternoon buffet and salad bar was disappointing. Food was really good some days, but average on the other days. We were told that the ski shuttle leaves every 15 min from the hotel front, but realized that it wasn’t a fixed schedule and we had to tell the reception in advance to call the driver.

Everything is perfect! We’ve been there 15 years ago and always wanted to go back because of how great this property was.Spa with outdoor hot pool is just amazing, dinners are fine dining experience rather than an ordinary hotel dinners. Stuff is very nice and attentive, rooms are perfect. Thank you Norica, we will return next year!

Loved everything!

The food is ok, the buffet is the same every morning and every night. The dishes that you receive at dinner are a bit too weird for my taste.The best thing is the SPA in the hotel (-2 floor) and the corridor to the thermal pools (you can go there in the robe). So your kids will love it

The room was not spacious as promised. There was no sitting area like in the photos, but the bathroom was very big.Bad smell in the corridor outside the room.

I stayed in a hotel with my family for four nights! Massive room with excellent facilities. Delicious breakfast. The mattress was soft and comfortable. Good bathroom. Perfect spa with sauna and swimming pool. Underground way to Alpineterms. Skistail with dryer. Very accommodating staff! Great location!

Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain about! Maybe if you find what can disturb you - a hotel just by the church and the ringing of bells will wake you up instead of an alarm clock.

We’ve been to this town sever times and love it. We normally stay in a different hotel, but decided to try this one due to the free Alpentherme entry and the look of the food on their website.

We booked half board. The first night’s dinner was a disaster with 5 different waiters serving us with neither really knowing what was happening. They brought courses out while we were still eating another. Main course of fish was over cooked. Breakfast was good but very chaotic. We cut short our stay and went to our normal hotel which was way way better than here in terms of atmosphere, staff organisation and food quality. The reception staff and manager were very professional in handling all this, and we gutted a partial refund.

Great central location in Bad Hofgastein. Nice spa area. Connection with Alpen Therme (Public Spa) - via indoor tunnel. Super cool. Very nice staff. Good food. Top hotel. Exceptional.

Maybe price.

Very nice room with a large balcony, mountain view and comfortable bed.

Dinning, staff, room equipment and quality - everything was perfect! Also SPA zone is amazing, comfortable underground way to thermes with different types of saunas, open-air swimming pools and sauna procedures

Outstanding hotel, the staff, hospitality, facilities, spa and multiple saunas were incredible, the room was beautiful and so clean. The location is excellent for skiing, free shuttle to the slopes. The staff individually couldn't do more to make your stay perfect. The food was out of this world, the chef is top notch. I wish I could live here!

Nothing it was absolutely perfect

The location and the spa was fantastic. The shuttle bus to the cable car and the station was great.

We were given two rooms with double beds, instead of two rooms with a bed and a sofa bed (as we booked on Booking.com). They had assumed that with four adults that two couples would be sharing beds, but this wasn’t the case. They weren’t able to accommodate us according to the booking.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, plenty of quality food, for all taste. The staff was extremely polite, always asking if everything was ok, trying to satisfy all your needs. Dinner was also outstanding food quality and presentation, with discrete fine-dinning touches. Congrats to the chef!The reception staff was also very friendly, giving us all the necessary information we needed for ours stay and they were extremely efficient on the last morning when we did the check-out. As an improvement, maybe the receptionist should state it more clearly how to get to the hotel ski room without using the main entrance in the hotel. We had to figure this out by ourselves following other tourists in the hotel, but it was fun for us to find this trick that we will use next time :)

I would have liked coffee or hot water mashine in the room. But otherwise all good.
