Very good value for the money. Good location near the autostrada. Plenty of free parking. Good breakfast.

The walls are very thin and there was no sound isolation - very noisy throughout the night.

This place has it all! It’s literally an oasis along a well traveled road to Italy. Very comfortable bed in room nice pool and launch area and a great restaurant! Breakfast is also amazing! I was so impressed. I stayed here twice on my trip thru Italy.

The pool facilities ( bathroom showers )could be improved under the pool.

Room safe didn’t work because of low battery. Main door lock seemed cheap and outdated. Staff kind of serious, although polite. But these were very minor observations.

This was a fine hotel with friendly helpful staff and some nice facilities. The pool was very nice.

There were some problems arranging a wake-up call as staff could not get the system to work properly. The gate did not open automatically from the inside when someone tried to leave.

On our way from Rome to Florence, my family was looking for a good stopping point and this hit the mark. The location is right off the A1, yet it still feels secluded and quiet. We had a nice dinner at the hotel and then off to bed. I shared a twin room with my mom - there was just enough space for the both of us. Breakfast the next morning was abundant and delicious.

The location is excellent - right outside the entrance to the toll way. The staff was super helpful with helping us meet our needs. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

Easy to find right off the highway. Restaurant at the property. very comfortable bed. very clean facility. Beautiful pool. very nice breakfast buffet set up for the morning and I was able to use to pull after I had checked out and there are showers in the pool area.

I had a lot to carry up a hill to the main entrance, so that was a little bit of a struggle. The pool showers / bath rooms need some upkeep./ upgrading.

A great place, close to the motorway, when you’re travellig along Italy it is a stopover worth recommendation.Super nice staff, comfy and spacious room, really comfortable beds, nice bathroom. And ample choice at the breakfast buffet with fantastic coffee!!!

Hotel Umbria is exactly located where we were looking to stop overnight. Staff was very nice and friendly, room was very comfortable, with everything we needed - and our beagle Amanda could stay as well!

Difficult to go to the nearby village without a car.

Lovely room, loved the balcony, very good breakfast and staff very friendly and professional.

We stayed here as it was close to another location we were visiting so the location was convenient for our needs. We liked to spaciousness of the hotel that gave us a lot of in and outdoor options to relax in besides our room. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

There were often large tour groups traveling through that stopped for meals making the restaurant staff overwhelmed. Best to make reservations for lunch and dinner. The breakfast on the other hand was absolutely wonderful with ample seating and delicious buffet options.

Family run hotel. Could be 4 starsThe park , park of the monsters, 16th century, well worth seeing, we booked same hotel name, same dates, but booking dot com. Changed from Orvieto to Attigliano, funny but this one was probably better, we took the train to Orvieto only 20 minutes away,

It's uphill to the station if it was wet, trouble. Taxi too far away, and B dot com changing the booking,

Good stay over location on our way back to Rome. Restaurant was great. Service was fantastic. Plenty of parking.
