It’s a very unique and nice hotel, thanks to all staff specifically Valeria, ravan and jamal

Not at the center but at a very good location , close to seaside boulevard, yarat art center, some classy restaurants.. the building is historical and beautiful .. staff is very helpful and especially Mr Amal was very kind, and they make sure that we had a great time.. breakfast was ok..

The heating of the hotel and rooms was too much for me.

Large rooms, and beautifully decorated from lobby to rooms. Helpful staff. Great location/quiet. Accessible by cars. Elevator. Great breakfast selection incl made-to-order dishes. Terrific value. Thank you to Ravan, Jamal, and Valeriya.

The place is amazing the location is perfect and the hotel was like a museum if you’re into that stuff you’ll enjoy it was also near all the important sites.

The only thing is the room was hot I don’t know I tried cooling the room but nothing happened ended up opening the window didn’t tell the staff because they already kinda give me the impression that the place is hot other than that it was great

This is an extremely beautiful hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. They helped me with early checking and my room card which I'd lost so respectfully and politely. The breakfast is good and you have many options. There's a hypermarket behind the hotel. It's in a walking distance from the bus station and you can get to the city center a few stops away. If you are looking for a very clean room in a beautiful hotel, then this is the place. Interesting, contrary to one of the reviews here, they changed my room immediately when I said it was a bit cold for me. In fact, they were so responsive to any request that I had.

The hotel is outdated and customer care is bit pushy when you request for anything. The booking for two rooms has shown the kids but still room we’re not reserved in advance next to each other. breakfast was good but it could be better.

Its authentic vibe and classy looking staff were very professional and friendly at the same time. They offered us a room upgrade when we informed them that we chose their hotel for our wedding anniversary. Very clean and house keeping services and staff are of high end! The hotel’s location is perfect, near and you can reach anywhere walking.

Very rustic aesthetic, while there was no compromise on facilities and amenities. The location was ideal as well since we could walk to the flag square. Other major attractions were just a quick drive away. There are decent places for food nearby as well as some really fancy and nice places too. There’s multiple grocery stores nearby in case you need anything. And a park right opposite which is good for the kids. Overall, an excellent stay for the price.

The only minor issue we had was that the ac temperature couldn’t be controlled and it was centrally set up. But this is a very minor inconvenience.

Beautiful interior, great service. Royal was especially helpful and ready to assist. We also got an upgrade to a suite and it was a nice surprise.

We were a party of 6 (2 families) absolutely loved the beautiful hotel and it’s proximity to lovely sights, supermarkets, playgrounds and small restaurants. We forgot our phone at the hotel and they rushed it to the airport! Fatima at reception was most helpful and kind.

Our stay at Sapphire Bayil Hotel in Baku was truly amazing from beginning to end. The moment we entered, we were impressed by the elegant classic style, the beautiful decorations, the vases, and even the pleasant fragrance inside the hotel. Everything felt so well thought out and welcoming. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff treated us with such kindness and respect. I would like to especially thank Mr. Kanaan for his wonderful hospitality. I asked him for something that was difficult for me to find, and he personally contacted another company, made many calls, and managed to bring it for me from the city. His efforts went far beyond expectations, and I am very grateful for that.The location of the hotel is also fantastic, right next to the famous Baku flag, with beautiful balconies to enjoy the view. Every part of our stay felt perfect, from the facilities to the service. Even now, I am still astonished by how great everything was. Without a doubt, if I return to Baku, I will definitely stay again at Sapphire Bayil Hotel.

Literally nothing

I had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my parents and child, and we all truly enjoyed our time here. The staff, especially the reception team (apologies for forgetting some names), Royal, and the hotel operations manager Kanan, were exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome and well cared for.The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to access all the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and offers great value.We will definitely return on our next trip to Baku and highly recommend this hotel to families and all travelers.

The hotel looked luxurious and was quiet, the staff was very helpful. I requested to change the room and they immediately accommodated my request. They also brought a complementary cake for my wife’s birthday and helped purchase flowers.

The location requires a taxi to get to where the restaurant and tourist accommodation are.

Sapphire Bayil Hotel is well-located near major sights in Baku, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room cleanliness was good during my stay.

Everything was outstanding with the kind assistance of Mr. Kenan . Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.
