The bathroom is very slippery, I fell down and luckily didn’t break anything. The courtains were not properly tied. I believe some elderly person could face injuries or difficulties…suggestion is provide more safe bathroom.
The location is really good. The room size is good. The facility is fairly clean.
The staff needs to be a little more professional. I booked a family suite, and when we checked in and made the pre-payment, we were told that we'll have to stay in a double room tonight. This they could've told me when issuing the key cards, but no, this I was informed right before opening the room door. They didn't even bother with any compensation for this. To make things worse at the time of checkout, I requested for an additional 30 mins, and their response was, "You'll have to pay extra for it."Horrible customer service and a borderline scam.

The only thing good about this place is their Location, it's in the heart of Nizami Street.
The rooms were not that clean, the lobby is small. I heard Manager yelling at the guy on reception as we checked out past 12PM

Peace be upon you. I had to cancel this reservation because upon arrival the hotel informed us that it is not possible to book through this program and that we must book directly through the hotel reception desk. The reservation was actually made through the reception desk. This has been going on for 12 days and the amount we paid to the program for the reservation has not been refunded. What should we do?
Clean and location was v good. Prime location in ghe middle of nizami street.
Not a clean property in general, inaccurate information of unit compared to what you get , no sufficient blankets, no spoons, very rude staff at check in, cuts the phone when you call for any inquiry! Location is very good , but you will have to get help with your luggage always, as their is no direct car access or road in front of the property.
Best location, right on Nizami Street, all restaurants nearby, basic facilities available, breakfast same every day, can provide better options, restaurant staff looks very rude, cleaning is good. 1 rating less because of restaurant, else all good ?

I like that it is in the centre of Nizami Street. Just a few meters, you will see the Central Baku restaurant, also a lot of shops down the hotel. From the cafeteria, snacks, atm, cafe, and souvenir shops. We are 3, and we requested to have 1 extra bed, and it was provided. The receptionists are nice - we ask several times to provide like tissues and iron for clothes. When we came back from our tour, our room was cleaned - new towels, water, cleaned trash. Breakfast is also good food.

The hotel’s location was superb! It was near the city centre and a park. There are a lot of restaurant options and the place was so lively at night.
The hair dryer keeps on overheating, and causes it to turn off. You have to wait for another 5mins before you can use it again.
