Muslim Shower was not available in the bathrooms

Only Indian/Pakistani food

Mattresses are too old should be replaced there is humps you can feel ;(, broken shower pipe water was spilling outside also dancing toilet seat, overall only food was good only, taste was amazing.

This was my second stay and definitely I would staying again. I am happy with Front Desk staff and Housekeeping.Rahman karim

staff is very accomodating for the price it is a good place to stay the restaurant at the 6th floor has a great view and really nice people i will the best part of the hotel was probably the staff if visiting you should talk to the restaurant staff they really like tourists even came with us to the city to show us around loved my experience

Bad Experience.

The stay at the hotel was a nightmare, at first they gave us the room which has no proper flush working, and water refilling noise is annoying even inside the room. Requested the reception to fix and we went out for like 4 hours, came back and saw no one has touched it. Called the reception again to fix immediately or to give us another room. He was refusing to give me another room and kept saying the flush tank is working fine. We had little talk and I have excused them thinking the stay is anyway for a day and will never make it to this hotel. Later, the housekeeping staff came and offered a room change. Which was disaster, the room was fine, toilet flush is working fine, no annoying noises and everything was good. But the most important stuff AC is not cooling, I had slept in a heat bath. I never recommend to choose this hotel again in my visit to Azerbaijan.

For the price it is 10/5. Breakfast is nice and adequate. Views are nice from Balcony.Location is a bit far from centre of city which can be nice if you want a quiet place. Room service done regularly and very well. No extra charges are charged by them for anything. Only 2 things :1. They don't have Laundry service.2. Mattresses are old and you can feel the spring touching you.

first of all thank you to the reception staff who helped me. Amir, Muhammed and Tugai. when I first arrived I had a reservation problem but the guys helped me a lot.

I didn't like the breakfast. The same things were served every day. The bedsheets was torn and dirty. Although the room was cleaned every day, the sheets were not good at all. That's why I deducted 2 points

Had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly

The buffet breakfast does not have much variety and tasteless.

My whole stay was great, loved the services provided. Overall it was a great experience.

Only thing is the location, although it has great views, it's a bit distant from markets and city centre is only accessible via car/bus etc.

Everything on time great staff good service and committed towards the guest, however they need to improve their food quality or give some options for other cuisine, rest all was fine, I will recommend for those who prefare to live quite place.So this is the place a bit far from nizam street in bolt it takes 3-4 Manat.they have good breakfast.

Services should be improved to be better. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The carpets need cleaning. the beds were uncomfortable

First of the receptionist are very kind and helpful We can communicate very easily to them in English which they talk very fluently, Amil is the guy who assisted us very kindly and pleasant ,Hotel is very clean it’s more worth than any hotel in Baku , room are made fully suited and clean ,
