Boutique Hotel Baku

Great location close to the main street. Within walking distance of main tourist spots. Clean and tidy room with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great too.

Property is old, bathroom is very old and shower is small

Location is amazing! The staff are so accommodating and really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a little Juliette balcony which was nice. Central area to get around. Breakfast was just right, not overly lavish but just what you need. Housekeeping were amazing!

Liked location , very close to old town . Lot of places to eat around and also not very touristic .

A bit noisy if u have room looking the street . Better looking the yard

Everything was great overall. The location is excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful — especially Malahat, who helped resolve an issue quickly and professionally

the hotel would benefit from a renovation, as it’s in need of some fresh updates

Amazing value for money, laundry pickup and drop off, clean and comfortable, never miss roof breakfast, room cleaning is on the point and if you want to be redone they would do it... always pick the royal suite

Nothing really to be mentioned

Lovely boutique hotel in a very pleasant and quiet area with a 5 minutes walk to the city Center. Very clean (Thanks to Malahat). Very good breakfast (Thanks to Parvin and Gulshan). The staff is very professional, helpful, warm and welcoming. Shamsi at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff were amazing I wish I could name all of them. Thank you to all of the boutique staff for making it such a special experience for us.

Amazing location, staff was lovely as kind always. The hotel was clean and had all necessary amenities. The hotel itself is in the middle of the city and is walking distance to most site and transportation links. Special thanks to cleaning lady Malahat and breakfast team Parvin and Gulshan.

Friendliness of staff

Dirty stained carpet, black mould in bathroom, hairs on floor and bed, stained bedding, wind coming through patio door, noise from other rooms, walls are like paper

I missed the shelf in the bathroom. Conditioner turned on at night without a reason, and the was a small problem with hot water, but easily solved with the cold turn on. May be the faucet in the sink was a bit old.All the rest was super.

This hotel was a great find, super central and had everything we needed. I especially want to thank Isbandiyar on the front desk for helping us to pay for parking! You need a local sim to pay for the on street parking in Baku, which we didn’t have, and he helped us out late night and early morning to make sure we were covered and would not get fined! Isbandiyar went above and beyond and saved us from a lot of hassle! Thank you, you are brilliant!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us with our bolt bookings. They even ordered Veg Biryani, twice on wolf app on our request and it was very tasty. They allowed us to keep our luggage for two days when we travelled to Sheki for two days.Couldnt ask for better service. And the plus point was that the hotel is very close to Nizami street.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like

Our stay at Boutique Hotel Baku began with a warm welcome from the front desk staff, who graciously accommodated our early check-in and included breakfast. While simple, the breakfast was satisfying. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the hotel's location proved ideal – peaceful yet conveniently situated for accessing Baku's main attractions

Breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options

Clean, friendly staff, very central location

Amenities were a little dated, some linens were old and with holes in them.

Excellent property , good location and very neat and clean , their staff specially asfandar is very helpful throughout our stay

Very clean and very apt location to feel the beauty of Baku & walk in Nizami street old Baku. Well maintained rooms clean & heated washroom floors

Somehow felt the staff was a bit unfair towards Indians. Agree or not there is definitely some racism they do not talk properly

Location, size of room , beds

Breakfast and dirty floor covers

Somehow close to Nizami street

Breakfast options are limited but it’s cozy and serves the purpose

Location, cleanness, friendly stuff, breakfast, decoration.

The location was good. Just near metro station. Not far from the center. Staff was very helpful. I was enjoying stayng in the hotel
