- The check-in experience was terrible. The staff member spoke very little English and gave us a smoking room that was extremely dusty and appeared heavily used. The bedding smelled bad, and the duvet had no cover. The furniture was in poor condition, with visible black marks, and the shower was moldy.To address the unpleasant smell, they placed an industrial, loud dehumidifier in the room, but it didn’t help. We requested a room change and were told that the manager was unavailable, and the change could only be made the next day. After spending two nights in that room and making two additional complaints, they finally moved us to a "superior" room. While it was slightly bigger, it was still very dirty, and the bedding was not fresh.They refunded us 50 Manat for a breakfast that didn’t exist and charged us £172.00 for five nights, claiming they hadn’t received any payment (deposit) from Booking.com. The photos on your website are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the hotel.This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and we are frequent travelers. I strongly recommend conducting a thorough review of this property before continuing to advertise it on your platform.

A nice compact and cozy hotel near the city center in Baku. Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, the hotel has a nice restaurant, there is live music in the evenings, food is offered at a very cheap price. It is very convenient for tourists visiting this country.
