The receptionist was very kind and helpful

The room was clean and comfortable

The Executive room and bathroom were spacious (~45m2) and comfortable. The room included a convenient work desk and chair. Breakfast was very good, and complimentary beverages at the bar were a nice touch. The staff were kind and friendly, and the hotel is well located, not far from the Old City.

The Wi-Fi was not reliable enough for remote work, with limited coverage in some areas of the room and hotel, an unsecured network, and unstable VPN connections. There was construction work in the building, which caused significant noise. While this was not the hotel’s fault, the staff did not properly inform us about it during check-in. Additionally, the hotel and room flooring (carpets) are quite worn and would benefit from renovation.

Location and receptionist Ruqiyah was very nice she treats ppl very well , is professional and hardworking lady.

I stayed at the hotel for two days, and overall my experience was very good. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant manager. He did not communicate politely and came across as rude. I also noticed him speaking in an inappropriate manner to other guests. I believe this is not the standard of service expected from a professional hotel, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration.

The decor and design was beautiful.

I requested a king bed but got two singles pushed together. Making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Excellent management and staff. They were so kind specially Rugayya, she helped us a lot in getting best room and services, very professional. Stayed here 4 nights and definitely would recommend everyone to try this hotel. Breakfast was good so as management.Bellboy “Rashad” was excellent.

Location was not far but need walk to Nizami street and other attraction.

I recently stayed at Sapphire Inn Hotel in Baku, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location.A very special thank you to Ms. Rugayya ? from the staff – she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. She assisted me with everything I needed and made me feel very welcome.I highly recommend this hotel, and I appreciate the amazing service from Rugayya. Thank you for making my trip to Baku wonderful! ????

I think they were short of staff so we had to carry and move the luggages ourself which was a challenge considering that are were a group of ladies with toddlers

Perfect and comfortable 2 days stay!Loved how my room was ready as per our requirement! Easy to roam around in old city as hotel is just 6-7 mins walk away

Everything. Its smellyExtremely dirtyThe day we checked in and we wemt to our room. We saw a half naked guy inside the room. Apparently this employee was sleeping in the room and woke up. We complained and immediately they ga e us another room. But right from the reception till the room, its extremely dirty and smelly. O will not recommend anyone.

1. Jafer at the reception was very cooperative2. We have requested for a hot/cold pack, the staff ordered it from the pharmacy and delivered to me. Did not charge me also and I have returned at the time of check out

1. Accessibility issues... We were using baby stroller and it was a challenge at the Hotel entrance2. Very slow in providing any thing like water bottles etc. You have to remind them multiple times3. Breakfast options were not exceptional, they were just OK

Receptionist Gafar providing us a good service and friendly every time we reached at the hotel, the location was perfect and accessible and walking distance whenever we visit to the fountain square.

Room cleaning, also I would like to suggest to place a big bottle of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner specifically to the long stay guest. Every time we need to ask to the amenities which they provide a small one. The TV was not connecting, the toilet bowl is mess for 7 nights stay not change.

Everything is good about the hotel except some minor things which I didn’t like about the property. Staff is amazing and location is also really good.

There was a maintenance guy who tried to enter our room twice even when it says do not disturb. We reported about it and then it never happened. Air con is not good even they worked on it.

Location is the best part of it

Upper floor had apartments where constant construction noise going on.
