Smith Hotel

Hotel was very great, comfortable rooms. I’ve been here for a long time. I recommend staying in this hotel to everyone, I will return again! Thanks to Maryam for her kindness, and for being ready for helping anytime

We found the hotel very easily, and the location is great. Getting to all the places we wanted to visit was simple, and public transportation is very easy to access. The hotel owner, the manager, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever come back to Baku, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I ask for milk for the baby and they refused to give us cup of milk they told us that they bring fresh milk in the morning even i saw that they have a fresh milk in the fridge it’s not good to do that !

The location and the quietness of the hotel was appreciated

The hotel required renovation or furniture to be replaced

People are friendly especially Said.KFC part of the building Supermarket behind the hotel open 24hrs.

The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout the full stay period, special mention to Said !

Some parts of the property need some maintenance and improvement.

I highly recommend Smith Hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff, especially Maryam was very helpful. I highly recommend this place to your stay in Baku.

The staff were amazing!! Maryam, Saeed, and Shamil they were Soo helpful and welcoming specially Maryam!! Great stay

It was written as balcony on Booking and it was a long shared balcony

The employees are friendly and helpful Specially Maryam she is active and friendly I advise to book in this hotel

The room was nice, shops and restaurants were very near. Close to airport. Extremely kind and helpful staff. We didn’t had to worry about anything, they will help and fix everything.

Staff was very polite smiley and friendly. They showed immense respect and made our stay amazing

Just needs more renovation in the toilets and need to get the new beddings.

Breakfast spread was good.May be they can add some more options for vegetarians and I would have preferred if vegetarian/vegan dishes in the spread were marked for me and my family to know what we could eat. There were no label/tags to know what the items were and the lady at the counter who was preparing and arranging the food items, could not speak or understand English. So it was difficult for foreigners and vegetarians like us to know what options were available for us to consume.

Adding names/tags of the items kept at the breakfast spread, specially if vegetarian/vegan dishes could be marked.

* Very good location, you can get everywhere super fast just by catching an Yango or a Bolt. There’s a 24h supermarket just around the corner, restaurants and shopping very close by as wellThe price-quality of the hotel has blown us away. Huge and clean rooms with the most comfortable bed, and an amazing bathroom. Very rich breakfast. All the employees were super kind and helpful starting before our arrival by contacting us through whatsapp with all the details. A special thank to Kadir and Said for all their caring, specially the help they have us when we were going through a difficult situation with flights

:)

Staff cooperation was very good Reach to the destination from the city by Bolt also is cheaper

Break fast was tasty and enough And staff attending was good

The room was spacious and comfortable. Quite close to the metro station and city centre. Restaurant and supermarket in close proximity. Good and delicious breakfast prepared daily by Bahar. Overall, a very good holiday.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful.Rooms are spacious.Breakfast is good.Proximity to supermarket. (Literally downstairs)Proximity to farmacies: 50mProximity to mall and metro station: 20 min

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Meriam, Kader, Said and Shami!

Perhaps a more varied breakfast would be needed. Otherwise, very good!!

The receptionists were very helpful. I would love to thank Mr. Sayyed for his amazing help and support. He was very professional and helped me in selecting transportation, city attractions and trips. He was very informative and because of his English skills communication was effective and easy. I can't thank him enough for his help and prompt response.

I did not like the first room I was offered. The second room was good.
