Rooms it’s so old furniture and very high price for this hotel

convenient location, nicely decorated room and reasonable breakfast and clean washrooms

Wifi wasn't the greatest

Breakfast was amazing

I booked for the COP29 and the prices went up exponentially

The staff here were simply amazing. Breakfast was not having soo much variety but, sufficient items for breakfast were available.

Entrance and appearance from the outside is not as good as hotel is from outside. But you will definitely enjoy it from inside.

Very welcoming staff at the reception. His name was Rauf and he helped us through the process very quickly. The room was net and clean bathroom was also very clean. We were visiting with 2 kids and had a wonderful nights stay. No disturbances experienced. Location was perfect no car parking issues faced. It was a quiet and peaceful stay used the air conditioning also for a while but it was good. Thank you Premier Hotel.

Room was not well lit.

Staff was good and supportive

As a 4-star hotel, it was not even 1 star. Ac was not working fine. The bed mattress was so dirty. The carpet was sticky, and services were like 1 star hotel. Breakfast had a maximum of 2,3 useful items . The location was also not good it was in the street where there were no shops, etc. NOT RECOMMENDED

They gave as old beds which didn’t match the booking photos, furniture is old and some of them missing and no room service and breakfast menu is poor.

they were really gentle with us and friendly , we took a room on the fourth floor , it was really spacious , it's a quiet place , it 's situated not far from gangilik undeground station

some maintenance will be great

AC almost not working and despite trial of repair it seems small for the room and the room is hot

The general manager Mr. Rauf is very nice. He respond to my request promptly.

The AC in the room with balcony room is not enough to make it cool. I had asthma attack during my first night, that i had to sleep on the floor to be under the AC. The next i asked them to move me to different room a smaller one so the room can be cold.

The location of hotel is 7 min far of walking by Ganjlik Mall, the hotel is old-fashioned, but the facilities is still working, the staff is most of the help, doing the best to get you enjoyed. We ll choose again this place, definitely!

The indoor pool doesnt work; the furniture and bath accesories are old, but still working

Breakfast is okay. The location is 22mins by car from Nizami so wasn't able to walk at night.

Ali is the guy I met at reception who not only took care of us but also guided fully with best assistance possible. It was a very nice experience altogether. Breakfast was very good and the view was very nice and peaceful.

Far away from better

Best hotel value for money in Baku. No bad smell which normally you feel in a low-cost hotels. Initially I booked an expensive hotel, but my wife suggested this hotel saying we won't be spending full-time in the hotel rooms as most of our time we will be on sightseeing. So I selected this hotel and with that extra amount saved from expensive hotel cancellation I managed to cover all our other expenses in Baku!!. But this hotel was also very good. Only thing I felt bad was breakfast they need to improve. Receptionist Ali is an ideal hotel receptionist for any hotel and was extremely helpful and supportive. He is the best guy I met in Baku who speaks good English. He detailed us all tourist information and also helped us getting cabs. The night receptionist Rauf was also good but we hadn't much interaction. In short don't spend your money on expensive hotels if you can get rooms in hotels like Premier which covers all your basic needs.

Breakfast items and location (location not a big issue as cabs are very cheap on bolts app. Maximum 5 manat from one end to the other end of the city,)
