Very very bad, staff is very bad and breakfast is unhygienic
Firstly staff was very rude and not helpful at all specially the lady at reception. We was given burned water kettle by her and later she wanted us to pay for that kettle. Breakfast was so limited and always empty for the group of persons we was travelling. Lastly in morning breakfast it has ? in eggs which clear shows how unhygienic kitchen was. In breakfast tea was also no avaible. I don’t recommend staying in this place as it was the worst experience.

My impressions were higher than I expected. The location of the hotel was 10-15 minutes away from the city center. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The personnel was pleasant and quite friendly. Breakfast had almost everything. I was very happy to find such a place in Baku at this price. In short, everything was great. I will definitely come here again on my next visit.

I didn't like anything of the hotel. My stay was really bad. First i arrived like 12pm and have to wait untill 2pm.Then the room was quite fine but telephone wasn't working, didn't provide the facilities to charge mobile because of three phase and 2 phase electricity difference.Telephone wasn't working, bathroom's shower wasn't working.The day i left the key and informed the staff for room service to clean the room and they. Ake checkout without informing me. At night when i arrived back my stuff were at counter that i have checked out already.Waited and called manager for long time to get the replacement of the room. Dislike at all and mismanagement totally. Was a bad experience and would never recommend or like to visit this hotel again.
The size of our room.. it was massive! It was really unexpected, but it was greatly appreciated. House tea that they serve upon request is one of the best tasting tea that i have had.
Breakfast trays with leftover food we left in the morning at the hallway were still there when we came back in the evening after our tours.
