We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with our family and kids and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We also enjoyed using the sauna and jacuzzi, which were well maintained and relaxing.The staff were polite and helpful, and overall the stay was very pleasant. Highly recommended for families.

Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful, the male receptionist who was there when we arrived was extremely polite, greeting guests as they passed by the front desk, which was really nice and welcoming. Location was good, although it can be noisy from the traffic and police sirens in the street below us, which goes on well into the night. Breakfast buffet was generally well presented with multiple options made available. Ate in the lobby bar, food was good and well presented, great service. The duty manager Kamal was really helpful and eager to hear our thoughts on the hotel. Housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly and went out of their way to provide us with a great service

They changed out the receptionist and unfortunately the young female receptionist replacement was rude and never once greeted us. Kept her head down almost constantly as people arrived or left. They constantly struggled to keep food hot at the breakfast buffet. Most mornings food including eggs were barely warm, once it was placed on the cold plates and made it to a table, it was definitely cold. There was a single bed in our room, which was not part of our request or room description and took up space unnecessarily. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see out.

Friendly and very cooperative staff. Good location. The room we got was cozy. The size of the room was very good. The furniture were very nice and excellent. Our stay was comfortable, even though the hotel was almost fully booked, we did not feel that it was noisy.

The cleanliness of the restroom floors. It always felt dusty. There was no Shataf in the toilets (water jet spray), instead there was a built in water jet in the toilet it self which was difficult to be used for us. The toilets seemed not to have an exhaust fan. I did not understand how to use there cooling/heating system. It seemed all to be set and you have no control over it.

The property is in a good location—although far from the city center, it is easily reachable.

The staff were really helpful, our stay was very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended.

Older facility with some problems with bathroom door but was fixed immediately on asking.

The place was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, fresh, and hygienic. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this place.

Bakery wasn’t fresh in breakfast

The reception team was incredibly helpful, especially when I needed assistance communicating with the driver due to language barriers. Everyone was genuinely ready to help, making me feel very welcome. The restaurant on the 16th floor offered a pleasant dining experience, and the breakfast buffet on the second floor was full of varied and delicious options that catered to all kinds of diets. The little surprise birthday cake they gave me was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Plus, there are convenient stores and eateries nearby for quick snacks or meals.

The hotel’s location was a bit far from the main attractions, so walking wasn’t really an option. However, getting around the city was easy thanks to Bolt rides.

Location was very good. Close to all important places.Staff were super supportive.

Breakfast was good and have further room of improvement. There is no point of having 4-5 egg dishes especially when there is live cooking. Can have more live cooking stations to reduce the waiting.

Everything is great about this hotel. From check-in to check-out everything was smooth. The breakfast spread was great. Easy access by public transport. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very comfortable here and the service was prompt. Mr. Asim from their staff also gave us a free upgrade. Overall, a really good option to consider if you ever visit Baku.

We stayed at this Hotel with our family and absolutely loved it! The hotel is very clean, and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.Our host Farid and Fidan was incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help and quick to answer any questions. They also upgraded our room to a suite for free.Thanks to his hospitality, we felt very welcome and taken care of.This is a great hotel , and we would be happy to come back again. Highly recommend!

Room sizes. Breakfast was also good. Staff was pleasant but a little late on everything. great value for money. I booked suite and it was spacious and nice.

I felt they were understaffed. Tap water turned muddy every few hours. Carpet wasn’t super clean in the room.

Qafqaz Baku City Hotel & Residences is a well-connected city hotel, ideally located for exploring key attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the staff were highly professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The facilities were comfortable and well maintained, making it a suitable choice for both leisure and business travellers.

Room maintenance could be improved, as some fittings and fixtures need attention. In our case, the washroom door lock became blocked and could not be opened, which highlighted the need for better upkeep. A general revamp of the rooms would further enhance the guest experience, but the hotel remains a comfortable and well-connected choice.

Location. Staff were helpful. I would like to name Rashad and Firdan (I hope I got the name right) from reception who spoke fluent English were very helpful.

Weary and used. Carpets in the room had stains. Breakfast was a disappointment on all the four days of stay. Egg station always had long queues and staff seem overwhelmed.
