Respectful staff , affordable 5 star hotel, clean and good location

Lady in reception is cooperative and professional..Room is clean and breakfast is fabulous..Gym , Sauna and pool is fully equipped and clean ..

room is good, location is a little far from old city, 30min by walk

breakfast is just so so, light is a little dark, a little far from old city by walk

location is good. on the corniche. good view.

rooms are dated, need some maintenance. cleaning is done daily, but it's a quick in and out. no vacuum, no mopping. feels bit grubby. on arrival was given wrong room. had to complain then was moved. fairness they helped but it should not happen.

Great sraff, specially Mr. Subhan and clean facilities including pool. Location not that far from city.

Supervision in restaurant could be improved. We noticed bugs in Nuts/resins served on breakfast - albiet it was cleared immidiately on notification. No connecting rooms within facility for family with kids.

Not to many options for the breakfast but we noticed this is the norm for the majority of the hotels in Baku.

Big room, amazing view with the see and 3 towers, good european breakfast (and would be great to have a bit of Azerbaijanian sweets there as well), supportive staff, very supportive Sabina in the restaurant at breakfast, tea kettle in the room, 30 mins walk to the old city, very good massage

Leaking protection in the bathroom, always had water on the floor, no green tea at breakfast (only pure black), dirty windows and no option to have fresh air in the room, only conditioner and very bad smell from the old carpet in the room.

The amazing sea view, proximity to the Old town, 24 hour reception. I have forgotten my belt, and the staff was really helpful and returned it.

The windows could be cleaner, as it ruins the perfect view.

Nice comfortable hotel. Easy to access to city center with bolt/uber. Nice view from the room. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff is very nice. Also, breakfast is good.

Location was great, just opportunity the boulevard with an amazing view over the bay and the city. Staff were helpful and polite.

Our room was boiling hot and it was impossible to adjust the temperature. Breakfast wasn't good enough for 5 star hotel, there shall be more options for people with allergies.

Everything. Location, Swimming Pool, Staff, Sauna - special mention to Emil at the bar & restaurant, he’s very accommodating and kind.

The location is the only best thing which is the Sea Side Vuew and it is 4.5 KMs away from Niazmi Street

Many Issues because of which we had to leavethis hotel :- 1) The AC did not work the whole 1st night and we had to get it fixed. 2) The Bathroom door locked itself and they sent aomeone to fix it. 3) The brekfast was okaish.4) The pool starts at 3pm so you can't enter before that.5) The cleaning was okaish.

Location is very good- you can walk to old town, walk to Carpet museum, to shopping mall, Crystal hall. View from window is excellent - sea side, and it's possible to walk there day and night.Lady who works there- Sabina, she is very kind, she cut lemon for us when we got sick and asked how we are. People in reception- very kind and welcoming!

Very poor breakfast! Very! And every day- same. Lady who works with breakfast there (cooks omlets) sitting in her phone and doesn't care about clients. She has her own business, no time!
