Perfect location, great service. Especially thanks to gentlemen from reception Orkhan for help. Enjoyed everything, stay was smooth.

Orkhan, the best guy who deal us. very sweat and nice soft. great hospitality, hotel is very nice and clean, hot water 24 hours, Water for drink is free, heated room 24 hours, hope will come back to baku and will stay here again. thanks to Orkhan ?

Only two things:1. No electric kettles in room2. Door Lock was not in good condition and old type, need to update but it was all safe. no issues

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were normal in size good enough for 2 persons at an affordable price. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Everything was great with a good experience.

Location is good , staff was very friendly and helpful, Anar and Eldar were super nice .Rooms are clean , no problem .

The hosts are very hospitable and friendly.The room is big and clean,highly recommended.

The only good thing i can say is that the recepcionists after being given specific duties or requests were very forthcoming and for most of the time fullfilled their duties.

Oh boy where to start ...At my arrival at first i was given a room that smelled very badly as sourage and mold in the bathroomThere was dirt everywhere in the room on the floors on the carpets the shower had mold in it the sheets were dirtyThe sheets were not freshed and changed from the previous person that stayed there and had human hair everywhere . If you remove the pillows from their case they are completely yellow with stains and so are the blankets. Just disgusting .House keeping when was notified that there are other people hair on our bedsheets just swiped the hair of to the floor and said its ok. Also had the opinion that it is ok to sleep in bed sheets that are stained yellow. Even after we gave specific requests on what needed to be cleaned up in the room several times several days in a row house keeping still failed to do simple tasks as for example to mop the floor because there are clearly dirt stains all over it we had to ask 3 times before they even tried to mop even just a little bit but clearly had better things to do because just the middle of the floor was moped but all around the corner there was still dirt everywhere !!!!

Location was good, as the hotel is near the center and it's easy to reach the needed location even on foot. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby, which makes it comfortable. But it's the only advantage of this hotel

The room in the picture seemed cozy, but in fact the hotel is very old, the carpets, the walls, no lights inside. When you arrive you feel like you're in a cheap motel along the roads from the movies :( The room smelled cigarettes, even though I have requested for a non-smoking room. The staff ignored my request to change the room, saying that they didn't have availability, even though I could see the hotel wasn't occupied much. Instead they sprayed some air freshener in the room, and suggested to open the window. I did that, and got sick because it was cold outside. Also the staff didn't speak nor English neither Russian, good that I speak Turkish a little so I could explain myself. Breakfast is included, but they will bring it to your room in a tray, you won't have it in a dining area like in normal hotels. I wanted to change the hotel when I arrived, but I didn't because I didn't have time.

There's no parking as they mentioned. The room was dirty also the bathroom the was bad smell on the corridor. Also the bed was old and not comfortable and bellows were flats and the air conditioning was making load sound.

There’s abad smell in the bathroom from drainage holes , also last day of my stay it was no cold water just too hot, I couldn’t even take a shower

The staffs are so nice. Breakfast is more than enough even though it is not buffet. Hotel rate is good for budget stay. Overall will recommend it.

The shower room would be better if the water is not spilling on the floor outside the shower area.

They registered us earlier than it was possible according their rules. They gave us access to boiled water, and we could make tea, that was grate. The room was big, warm and not so dark. There was normal, warm blankets, clean linens.Also they made two beds from one, as we asked. Staff was friendly and polite.

Broken chairs, dirty floor, smell of cigarets in the room (we don't smoke), broken window lever. They didn't make our room, though we stayed there 2 nights. Half of lighting was not working.

The location of the hotel is incredible, everything is in close proximity.The staff was very polite, helpful and professional from the first minute until the moment we left.They helped us with everything we needed. We would repeat the experience at this hotel.

Very unpleasant two days, wouldn’t recommend at all, please look for something else

Very dingy and shady placeThe staff is very unwelcoming We requested for a type-C charger so many times, cause we didn’t carry a travel adapter, they did not provide an adapter nor did they provide a charger, after requesting multiple times. He said he didn’t have one.One time I could see he had one so I asked and he wasn’t using it, so he said he’d drop it by my room, never did.Very dirty and stinky place, the bathroom smelt of damp and the fittings were covered with black mould.The corridors of the hotel were stinking of cigarette smell, I was shocked to see the amazing rating this place had on booking.comVery disappointed.

The location was in a quiet vicinity and closer to the airport. The hotel lady brought a fruit platter to our room after we had settled in. They also provided us with hot water since the rooms don’t have kettles.

The place was dusty and not taken care of. There was dust everywhere. I had a hard time with my already congested nose. The sheets had numerous tiny holes in them. The room was too dim. The couches were dilapidated. At night kids were running on the top floor and made a lot of noise.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and staff was very friendly.. They are always available and always ready to help you with your requests. Location is also good, close to the city center and you can find a lot of markets atms around the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there.

My stay at Gallery Lux was wonderful. Paayman ensured that I had the best room and service. I was treated to traditional tea and sweet treats. It's definitely worth a visit while in Baku.

Very nice hotel, location is close to the metro station, nearby there’s a big supermarket, room is big and clean, and they even offer welcome fruits when you check-in, also have free tea and traditional sweets in the morning. Saleh is such a good man he helps me to print my e-visa and boarding-pass for free! Thanks so much. I’ll choose to stay here when come to Baku next time.

If there’s a kettle in the room it’ll be perfect.
