Location is around 13 min from Nizami Street / old city. Bolt cost is around 3 manat ( one way)Fast check in/ out. Large Rooms. Super market is just 2 minutes walk. Safe area to walk around at night. Near by Ataturk Park.

The service was terrible. We spend three consecutive days trying to ask the reception to send us the maintenance man to fix the AC because it was not working. Every time they say yes we will do it and they don’t. Only on the third day i had to make a big deal out of it until they finally sent someone to fix it. -When i asked for paper towels, paper napkins and towels, the cleaning lady who gave them to me was very disrespectful and yelled at me because we didn’t want them to clean the room earlier that day because we had a lot of work to do and didn’t want to be disturbed. So very unfriendly staff. -Shower head couldn’t be stationary. Cannot be fixed in one location.

Not clean. Most of the time fouly smell in the elevators, poor room service, very poor breakfast.Air conditioning is poor. Insects inside rooms. Not comfortable.
The hotel room was comfortable and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great.
The only downside was the slow AC, which at times left us sweating.
Hotel is very good and location as well, surrounding is very good Marts and resturants are nearby.

Wifi in the room was very bad. The carpets and other stuff in the room were not that good. The breakfast does not worth to include to the order.

Ac of the hotel does not work in day time at all.. it’s just a fan with no to little cooling capacity. At night when outside temperature drops it becomes cool enough to somehow sleep. Houseclean had to be asked daily many times before they would clean the room. No bellboy available after 8 pm or early morning. O checked in late. i had to carry my luggage and due to Ac issue i asked to change room. I carried all my luggage to the new room and even at checkout 7 am in morning i took my luggage out myself. I shifted from triple bed room to a double bed room due to ac and they could not provide a bed in changed room. They provided a foldable bed which could collapse any time… i requested a proper bed but they said they don’t have and put a double mattress on floor.
