The receptionist "Hikmat" is very bad man, didn't support for anything just waist time at reception.No hot water at all in the washroom, even changing the room.We suffered full night and just waiting for hot water in roomRoom is very messy...not recommended at all

Dr. Samira for massage is very good.The room is messy and one receptionist on 24 january 7pm is very bad...he didn't know how to deal with customers....The other receptionist are good

Cleaning is very bad

Location is closer to most attractions and railway station.Food in their restaurant is very good.You might have to bring your own towels just in case,because i requested a towel and received a day later.apart from that everything is good.Very reasonable for the price.Ladies in the reception were helpful.

Delay in service,Towel incident made a bad first impression

We stayed at the room in 4th floor,It was good. It had both 2 and 3 pin outlets if you need to plug in something.Location is also not too far from main attractions in baku.I recommend taking the breakfast from the hotel.Overall this hotel is Very reasonable for the price.

ROOM WAS VERY BIG.

VERY OLD HOTEL. PIPES IN THE WASHROOM ARE VERY OLD, AND LOCATION ALSO NOT SOO GOOD, ITS FAR FROM THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS, THEY WERE GIVING THE BREAKFAST VERY POORLY, IF WE GO THIRTY MINUTES AFTER STARTING ONLY BREAD WILL BE AVAILABLE SOME TIMES.

Price was very reasonable.we stayed at the 3rd floor room,it was a bit rustic and the AC/Room heating did not work at first but after i informed it was fixed right away.Lady who was at the reception was helpful

Kitchen/Restaurant. Vert very very bad services. Most of the time they have nothing to serve and advise to call for specific time to order specific food. But unfortunately we could not found again even following there time table.?

Awesome!!! Especially Frontdesk staff was so professional- Sanan and Zahra. And Manager Fidan was so professional for regulating all hotel and staff.

1-Room was big side as I booked a small suit with a room to my family.2- the bed was clean and neat.

1-I had to check three rooms to find an accepted room to stay in with my family as most of the rooms are not good.2-The toilet was very bad and water was leaking, all the time, the jacuzzi was working but there was no water blocker to fill the Jacuzzi, and I had to ask the reception to get it. And when I filled the Jacuzzi and turn it on, the water was leaking from everywhere. And I couldn't use the Jacuzzi.3-The window was cracked and it was leaking cold air from outside and there was a leaking of rainwater below the window on the wall.4-There was no central heater, and you need to turn on the AC to get the room heated.5- the furniture, especially the cupboard, was broken.And it was clear that it was fixed by screwdriver, because you can see a lot of screwdriver everywhere on the cupboard.

I was in this hotel for 2 nights. In terms of money , this hotel is very good. The staffs are excellent and helpful, specially Fidan, Zahra ,Elnur, and Sanan. May God blless them

No thing a person like in this hotel old mattress and it's only just for groups not for family

I don't like how treat people there like animals.its only for make group not for family.

She made me feel welcome right away.Samira, who did the massage, was highly skilled, professional, and very attentive. Her technique was excellent, relaxing, and truly therapeutic.Overall, an amazing and relaxing experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come again.

The breakfast was amazing—great taste, clean presentation, and very attentive staff.

Staff at the reception was good.Breakfast was delicious but limited dishes & quantity. Indoor swimming pool view was great but the water was cold enough.

Mattress & pillows were in bad condition, balcony door locks were not operational, bad smell in the corridor. Overall level of cleanliness was very poor.
