Old Baku Boutique Hotel

Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Old Baku. Ismail and his entire team went above and beyond as attentive hosts — they were communicative about check-in, eager to provide information about the area’s history and attractions, and offer tea every time you walk in the door. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and complete with home-grade mattresses, mini-fridge, kettle, TV, wardrobe, and bathroom toiletries. A typical breakfast was included each morning. It was a wonderful stay and the best thing about it was that the staff was very nice and helpful and sent us gifts at the New Year's celebration and there was interest all the time. It was a fun stay for us. The best hotel in Baku and the area is wonderful and the size of the room. If I return to Baku, I will definitely stay in it again.

The room was super clean, supplied with water coffee tea which you can ask for additional whenever you want. They also added the basic cleaning gifts like toothbrush, toothpaste. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and respectful. The location is amazing, it is in the heart of Baku.

Great value for old town. Clean, spacious accommodation. We had a room with a deck which was amazing. There was an issue with the AC that was fixed quickly. Very impressed with that. Took care of an airport transfer for a good price.

I had an amazing stay at Old Baku Boutique Hotel. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Old City with historic architecture, cobblestone streets, and vibrant culture just outside the door.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available yet never intrusive. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.What really stood out was the atmosphere. The hotel has a warm, welcoming energy that made it feel more like a home than a hotel. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking to soak in the real spirit of Baku.Highly recommend. I’d absolutely stay again!

We chose this hotel because it was in the old section of the city. The room was large, clean and had a balcony. Not sure how a cat got up there but please feed if you have the same experience. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful to all questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

I look forward to visiting again soon!Moreover , the location is literally in the center of Old Baku , perfect place and everything is in walking distance. Nizami street is like 10 - 15 minutes walk , the sea side is close by as well. W’ll definitely stay again in my upcoming visit.

Fantastic location, close to all the attractions within and around Old Baku city! The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful to us. The balcony is very large and spacious, with a nice view of the Caspian Sea (although I think you share it with your neighbours, we did not have any during our stay). A/C was working during our stay also (as the central heating was getting a bit warm!). Just a heads up, if you travel with heavy luggage, this room is on the 3rd floor,you so need to walk up the stairs (our receptionist helped us, so can always ask for assistance).

Some equipment, such as the power socket in the bathroom, was a bit old, but nothing major. No utensils in the kitchenette, only a microwave and a kettle were provided.

Great location, kind people, nice clean spacious rooms, good location, delicious breakfasts. Everything would be great if not the smell from pipes. Our room smelt like toilet after coming back from the trips. also Internet was constantly disconnecting.

This Gem of a hotel was unique, spacious, great location, walking distance to all sites. The staff (I believe family owned) was beyond amazing, helpful and super courteous. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, with restaurants and shops within a 5min walk.

Amazing hotel, super clean, friendly staff and comfortable. You have everything you need in your room, from slippers to bottled water and tissues. There is daily cleaning too. The location is the best part, it's right in the heart of the old town, you're a maximum 5 minute walk from anything. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Baku

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries.A few areas could be improved:•Wi-Fi stability: At times, the connection was a bit slow.•Breakfast variety: A little more selection would make the experience even better.Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a cozy and conveniently located place in Baku.Would definitely consider staying here again!
