Hyatt Regency Baku

Not safe for a girl, poor attitude

Staff behavior, food old setup

Staff was nice Location was nice also

The breakfast could be more varied No specialBreakfast for Christmas Day

Well kept and clean. Very comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.

Staff not as accommodating.

Classic hotel, high class, though decent pricesFriendly staffExcellent aminitiesThey have kid studio with fitness classes, tailered to age

Every thing was very good and I like it.

One thing was poor. The AC not working good in my room and they give me 2 air fan.

The lobby is the best place in this hotel

The breakfast which cost 30$ per person has nothing to offer

The property has all the facilities, whatever you need including ironing supplies. We also had breakfast — it is various yet balanced, you can have orange fresh, freshly cooked omelet, granola, all kinds of bread, freshly brewed coffee. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful Great service big thanks to Mr Symour from the reception.

Everything was great ?

I like that it is compact . Good food

Restaurants are quite expensive. Shower room smell indicates the drainage system has problem. Bed mattress was closed a bit soft

Staff very accommodating. Allowed the nanny to come and look after kids. Swimming pool was warm and prices reasonable.

Spa, steam are good.

Especially Breakfast is not as good as expected.

I liked the hotel room and amenities provided. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The road to the pool lies between two buildings, where you have to go through the outside cold area. It's not good for the visitors to experience that after swimming. Also I didn't like the fact that there were no spoons or forks and I was asked to pay extra if I didn't order from their restaurant.

Very nice and polite staff . Breakfast was good and sauna services are well maintained as well . Overall excellent stay

Location and roomsExcellent breakfast Arzou and Samar were vet helpful and kind

Gym, swimming pool , spa facilities, location , friendly and professional staff , breakfast

Staff were very polite. Location is in a nice neighborhood even though not central but we liked it since it made us walk a lot. You can also use taxi that is not expensive. One night they had a jazz night and it was very nice. Room was big, nice and clean.

Gym/pool/sauna are outside of the hotel so you need to walk through the garden to come back to your room - not convenient after a swim, massage and sauna. Towels and bedsheets are old. This kind of hotel should have better quality new ones. Mattress was also old.

Just the gym

Staff’s formalities, breakfast, lounge, room

Breakfast and Gym were perfect

It was not a quiet place, we had a problem with next door during night, they had a ceremony for all night and hotel could not control them.
