Everything was just wonderful and the staff were amazing and very attentive and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and very clean, My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the great hospitality offered there by all the staff and especially Amar, Ruval, Husyein, and Rufat

My kids loved it. We stayed in very spacious room and everyone was very accommodating and helpful.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and ritz kids services wasn’t available at the time we visited

Our experience is amazing! First, we came two hours ahead of our check in time since we had an early flight from dubai. But they accommodated us and prepared our room already. Second, they didn't even accommodated us but also upgraded our room into Junior Suite!! And lastly, all of their staff is super friendly and accommodating. What an amazing experience it was! Surely we will be back!!! Highly recommended!!!

The building, the location. Won’t try again if we visit again.

We have been to other ritz Carltons in different countries. This one needed maintenance and the staff wasn’t as friendly as in the other destinations. The big breakfast wasn’t as big and staff was just ok. They don’t even welcome their guests at reception. Lacks hospitality and doesn’t match the overall quality. The curtains in room needed repair and paint came off every time we closed the curtain.

Excellent service. The staff are very helpful and polite. The atmosphere in the Ritz Carlton is phenomenal.

It's a luxurious hotel in all aspects, especially design, furniture, finishes and art, but what sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff, specially Mr Fouad and his team, they took really good care of us and made sure that our experience is luxurious and unforgettable, Ms Irem from reception and waiters from the restaurant knew our preferences and memorised our names and made us feel like home. I will definitely recommend this hotel for all our friends visiting Baku.
