This was my second stay at this hotel, and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel offers excellent facilities including a gym, pool, and spa. The reception staff were very supportive and cooperative, especially Asyil (Icy) and Zeynab.The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but everything else was perfect.

Fareed at the reception is a star. He was very helpful and took care of all our needs and even helped explain to the kitchen staff how we wanted our eggs to be cooked. He is an asset to the hotel and speaks fluent English.The family enjoyed the stay as the rooms were big in size and well equipped with everything that one needs. We will surely stay at the hotel next time we come to Baku.

The hotel has good potential, but not managed in the best way. The Spa area is good (if it’s open). The price is worth for what you get afterall

Breakfast was good for the first two days of our stay as there are some corporate guests for that more variety of breakfast was server and later next three days of our stay breakfast was not that good as similar breakfast was served. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Near metro station to explore the city. Family friendly hotel

Bathrooms are stinking and there are water leakage in the bathroom needs some maintenance in the bathroom. Similar breakfast.

In my opinion, this hotel deserves a low rating and is at most a 2-star establishment.Detailed Review:During our first visit, we didn't notice many flaws because our stay was short (after a night flight and moving to the mountain area). However, our second stay of three nights at the end of our trip in the Baku area was extremely disappointing. The shower was dirty, there was loud noise from the water pipes during showers, and noise from neighboring rooms was constant. Every time someone used the shower in an adjacent room, it sounded like drilling. There was rust on the faucets.In the room next to ours, people were smoking, and the smell of cigarettes came through the air conditioning into our room. We spoke with the reception three times before someone came to address the issue.We requested that they check the plumbing noise and, if it couldn’t be fixed, to move us to another room. They sent someone to inspect, but all he did was look at the problem and say “Okay” before leaving (he didn’t speak English). We followed up with the reception, who said they would check into it throughout the day. Despite asking three times, our request was completely ignored, and they continued to say they were investigating. Ultimately, our room was never changed.Additionally, the sound insulation between rooms is virtually non-existent. If someone in the next room speaks normally, it feels like they are in the same room with you. The breakfast was very sparse; after finding nothing to eat, we had to go to a restaurant every morning for breakfast. The constant, loud noise from the water pipes and neighboring rooms made it impossible to relax. The situation was further compounded by cigarette smoke seeping into our room from a neighboring unit despite multiple complaints to the front desk.We requested a room change due to the unbearable noise but were met with indifference from the staff. Despite repeated requests, the issue was never addressed. The lack of sound insulation between rooms meant that even normal conversation from neighbors was disruptive.The hotel's amenities were also disappointing. The breakfast offered little to no options, forcing us to seek food elsewhere each morning. The sauna was non-functional unless manually activated, requiring a lengthy wait time. The breakfast was ok. Not much variety of things and the quantity was just enough. I liked the room size, but I did pay an extra for that. The other rooms were quite small.

We had problems front the start when we had to wait 1 hour for the airport transfer arranged by the hotel only to book a taxi myself because that transfer never came. Tried to call the hotel and no one was picking up. They apologised later when I was already on my way in the taxi. Also, the staff was not very friendly. No one spoke English so the communication was difficult. We’ve made some requests to the staff that were not fulfilled. Ex: extra bed sheet was never delivered. On the check out the initial bill was wrong. We had to highlight that in order to get it corrected. Overall not a great experience with the staff. Also, there was some very loud drilling during our stay. We complained about it but nothing was done.

They have two Reception lady who are funny and polite, but their problem is the language.

The hotel is located not very far from the ministry and finance centre of Baku. Its proximity to the airport makes it quite perfect for the layover stay-the road to the airport is around 15-20 min by taxi and avoids most of the city’s traffic jams.The stuff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean.Hotel has quite a good SPA area and a nice medium price restaurant (according to Baku prices).

Surprisingly,the staff mostly wasn’t speaking Russian,though it was advertised that it was opened in cooperation with Astrahan region of Russia. English was also sometimes an issue,especially in the restaurant on the territory of the hotel.The SPA area was good,but it doesn’t look very well taken care of-one can see some mild on the ceilings, malfunctioning showers etc. Turkish hammam wasn’t working and had a wretched smell. On the other hand, Finnish hammam (never heard of that one before) was constantly giving hot steam,which made it impossible to step in after some time.
