Premium Park Hotel

The property was located in a nice place. Lots of walkable restaurants to visit. It was super clean. The staff spoke good english and were very friendly. i booked only a 1 night stay and the room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The breakfast was also very versatile and delicious!The staff also helped me book a car ride to gabala for my next stay and it was very helpful! The driver was very professional and friendly and we liked him so much we asked for him to pick us on our return from gabala too.

There weren’t many directions and labels inside the restaurant. It look us a while to locate the restaurant inside the hotel. They need to have better sign boards.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a truly excellent experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was efficient, and the location is great. I was close to everything I needed.One of the highlights was the well-equipped fitness room, which exceeded my expectations. The reception staff were outstanding — extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They even allowed me to do a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to beautiful Baku!

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast — it could be more fresh and rich.

I really liked the property because of its cleanliness, which was well-maintained and inviting. The layout was practical and thoughtfully designed, making the space feel comfortable and easy to move around in. Additionally, the price seemed fair and reasonable for what was being offered, adding to the overall value of the property.The two girls at the reception were amazingly good and very welcoming. Their behavior was excellent, and it was a real pleasure interacting with them as they were extremely kind and helpful.

In my room, the heater wasn’t working, but other than that everything was very good. The cleanliness, the layout, and even the price were excellent, and I was overall very satisfied with the property.

The place is located in a good location at the Centre of Baku and Nizami street is only likes 25 min walk

I like every thing special the lady in the reception sorry I don’t know her name but she was in the reception yesterday 30/7/2025 during my check in and make my check in very easy and good also she send greetings welcome tea and cake thank you for her very much.Also Thanks for Mr. Nijat in the reception during my check out vey kind and friendly.Thank you

The front desk staff were amazing. Miss Fidan & Mohammed were very helpful. Always had a smile on there faces. The gym was excellent. Car parking guys were also very cooperative. Very safe

The rooms needed a bit of maintenance

Pleasant

The AC wasn’t working in the room-it was bearable only because it was April, cannot imagine how this would be in the summer. The walls are paper-thin, so during my stay the hotel was occupied by a large group of South Asian tourists who were speaking on the phone loudspeakers in the corridor day and night.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Premium Park Hotel in Baku for 6 unforgettable days, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience from start to finish!The hospitality was truly outstanding — every member of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The reception team deserves special praise for their kindness and willingness to help with every request, always with a warm smile and professional attitude.The breakfast was another highlight — each morning brought a refreshing change in the menu, offering delicious variety and quality that made every day start on the right note.The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and cozy, with every detail carefully thought out for the comfort of the guests.I am truly grateful for the wonderful service and care I received during my stay. The service was excellent. As a foreigner traveller the desk staff spoke English and were very helpful and accomodating. The rates are competitive to neighboring Hotels, but the service exceeded them.

Reasonable price for staying , breakfast is good , I tried the spa services and it's good also .. regarding my experience with staff , Ms Sevil is the best , she is helpful, polite , and satisfied me a lot thank you so much for her .

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff, especially the two receptionists, Fidna and Safi (I hope I pronounced their names correctly), who work the morning shift. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any request, answering my inquiries with patience and a friendly attitude, which truly reflects the hotel’s high standard of service.Thanks to their outstanding hospitality, I felt like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. Having such dedicated employees like Fidna and Safi at the reception creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes guests want to return.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not good, and the noise from the street woke me up several times during my stay.
