No wifi in room and no smart tv cable channels with Azeri language

Good location, low price. Nice breakfast.

It was an inner room, meaning the only window was into the hallway, which was always lit. No curtains meant i got little sleep, since I am sensitive to light during sleep. Also, the room was not soundproof. Meaning that people coming and going made it noisy. And the laughter in the next room made it almost impossible for me to sleep. Also, there were small cockroaches in the drawers...

Location

The rooms were very small and tidy. Window was very narrow and facing back end of other building. No airflow children have suffocated. Please don’t see the outside view. They have poor facilities and tidy rooms. Parking is very tough.

. Night shift guy working on Sunday 20th April at 3am was very nice and considerate, shame the time we left we felt valued and listened to but it was too late.

Reception staff were very rude, the lady in the mornings and the guy in the afternoons , giving out inconsistent information to guests regarding massages and just their attitude was awful and need serious customer service training. They avoided us speaking to the manager and were reluctant to let us speak to them. Issues Sink leaking and it was dangerous, water flooded and was slippery. Shower tap was damages and unable to use the top shower Stains on the walls and curtains 1 towel for duration of visit. had to ask for more everydayLacked Basic Toiletries and towels and its rated a 3 star hotel ? We travel a lot by far the worst hotel we have stayed in and their service to us.

The location is decent, and the room size was comfortable. It was reassuring to have staff available 24 hours a day, which added to the convenience. The heated pool was also a nice amenity to have during the stay.

The WiFi at this hotel has been the slowest I’ve experienced in this decade. It just keeps disconnecting. Can't even watch a Youtube video without buffer. Room service is available in theory, but around 90% of the menu items were unavailable. It’s hard to understand why they’re even listed. If you eat what they have to offer, then you are good. It feels pretty misleading. The rooms were quite noisy due to sounds carrying from the corridor, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, several rooms lack windows, which can make the space feel enclosed and a bit claustrophobic.

There was no aircondition. Need one more chair in the room. Need soap dish in the bath room

Very bad behavior reception guys

I try to use swimming pool but saw electricity wire hanging inside water after I informed reception they told no issue this is normal and they informed to maintenance, I’m shocked about say normal.

Massage is very good.Khadija greeted us with a smile and gave us a wonderful massage. Staff very good.

There were smell in washroom it was very difficult night for us. There was no towel in the room no issue in the room requested twice than we get it

This is 3 star hotel nd the Qualities nd facilities are according to 3 stars, those who rated low they’re expecting 5 stars services from 3 stars, the staff is very good very cooperative very helpful, superstores are very near nd restaurants too, Bustop is just near to superstore the one which is in the corner at the start of street go right straight the bus stop is there but the bus stop nd train system is very very complicated i will prefer the Bolt app to install these taxes are very cheap very cheap 3.5 manath is max price. Breakfast was not good. Everything was cold. Bedsheets were not changed it seems and were dirty. The main door of the suite was not locked and people were entering in our room by mistake. I woke up twice due to this. There is only one guy at the reception who knows how to smile and greet the guests. The property is a good choice if you just want to sleep and move to your next destination.

I did not like the hotel. There is a big difference in price and tax.

I booked a large bed and they gave me a very small bed. The problem is the shower and there are no towels.

The hotel doesn't offer a free massage. This is a scam to attract guests. And the prices for massages are very high. Be ready if the housekeeping staff can enter the room while you sleep :) Personal is good but not so friendly.
