I really liked Mercure Baku City Hotel. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with friendly and professional staff. The rooms were cozy, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and welcome. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Was very clean and the staff was very kind and the breakfast was amazing

The hotel staff and facilities were great.The staff made the main difference.The GM Gurshad was came to meet us during our stay and was helpful and Valek & Jahid from the front desk were super helpful and kind with requests and explaining properly.

Excellent Stay at Mercure Hotel!I had a wonderful experience at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. They even upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which had a beautiful city view. The room was very clean and comfortable.The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short walk to Nizami Street, the Old City, and the Boulevard. If you enjoy walking, you can easily reach all the main attractions on foot.Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Everything about my stay was great, and I will definitely book again for my next visit.Many thanks to the manager (sorry I lost his name), Mr. Subhi, and all the other wonderful staff for their kindness and hospitality. You truly made my stay special!

Had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were available 24/7 and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.The spa facilities were a lovely added bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Gurshad, the manager, who was always there, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great service.

Ot was consecutive 2nd stay but totally service and staff response was downgraded instead I booked room was downgraded but afraid to say hotel staff response was as also downgraded and very much poor

Rey nice and cooperative staff since we were lactose and gluten intolerant they cooperated a lot to support

Clean, spacious and luxurious

Tastefully done interior with lots to see for those who appreciate art. Clean, well sized rooms. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. The best part of my stay however was the staff. They’re incredibly polite, and go all the way to help you. There wasn’t one time when I called the reception for something and wasn’t accommodated. Special mention for Raul who was truly the sweetest, helped us check out and didn’t let us lift a bag even when we insisted!

The housekeeping can be improved. The lady didn’t change bedding through the entirety of our stay despite being asked to, didn’t refill amenities on her own, among other things. There was a language barrier too. It would be better if there’s a team or 2-3 people coming in to clean instead of just one person so they can be more effective, and at least one of them or a floor supervisor should speak English.

It is new and clean, the staff is awesome, breakfast is quite good and many varieties

The staff is really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were good and clean but I didn’t like that some of the rooms the toilets had no locks

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station, with bus stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beds neatly made and fresh towels provided daily. The air conditioning can be adjusted to suit individual preferences, and the heated bathroom floor adds an extra touch of comfort. Complimentary bottled water is replenished daily, and a tea station is available in the room. The reception staff are always on hand to assist with any requests.A particular highlight is the complimentary spa area, which features Finnish and Turkish saunas, a small pool, and a well-equipped gym. Towels, slippers, and bathrobes are readily available. The massage therapists are truly skilled professionals, and I would like to extend special thanks to Gulnar—her expertise is second to none. She has truly golden hands.Additionally, when we accidentally left some belongings in the spa zone shower, the hotel staff promptly located them and returned them almost immediately, demonstrating their exceptional attentiveness.One of the most memorable moments of our stay was a delightful surprise from the staff. As we were celebrating a birthday, we were presented with a beautifully arranged cake, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our experience. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team for their outstanding hospitality!
