Port Rivoli Hotel Baku

Everything was great about this place, great price per value in the heart of central Baku, Orkhan and Vasiv did a great job in serving us.

One point of improvement I hope they enhance the breakfast quality.

The breakfast

The location of the hotel is great and has a cosy vibe.The staff is friendly and can speak English.We were greeted by hotel staff Nihat who was very kind to show us to the room and help us around the area.

I see that the washrooms have facility to install muslim shower alongside the commode but rather just a pipe is installed.A shower would be a great convenience.

Rooms are smaller but comfortable. Staffs are very flexible.

Location was good, staff were nice, room was clean.

The bed was bad, it was joined two different beds as a couple bed and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good so we ate only one day. We paid 40 Manat for transportation of the hotel from the airport and then we saw that it is less than 20 manat by Bolt Taxi.

Size of the room , location and the staff are amazing so kind and helpful the lady and the young man at the reception and the helper !!

Provided warm and welcoming atmosphere with modern amenities and excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, Staff members are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile specially (Ayden and Vasif). The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and malls. Recommend for its value and hospitality. Thanks ?

Nice and very clean hotel with friendly staff, located close to Baku historic center and main culture and shopping aminates.Easy connection with airport (express bus H1 stop within 5 minutes walking distance from hotel). I am back to this hotel for next Baku visit.

The staff is very cooperative and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Nihat at the reception, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful. From the very first day to the checkout, he provided outstanding hospitality, addressing all our needs efficiently. His welcoming attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this place for its warm and customer-friendly approach

We stayed one night in February 2025 with family in a 2-bedroom family suite. The hotel, finishing look new/recent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money paid.
