Seven Boutique Hotel

The view and the location is beautiful. It¿s much better than in the photos online. The hotel was charming and very clean. We look forward to coming back.

The parking situation was very confusing. You have to park in the public parking garage a block away. This is fine, but we would have liked to have these details in advance.

The location is great, in front of the lake. The room was nice, large. Breakfast was included and quite good, and with views of the lake

The second night was a bit noisy, but not until late at all. Everything was good, really.

Wonderful location near the lungolago in Ascona. Great breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the lake. Staff quite friendly and helpful. The room was practical, clean, quiet and modern. Nice vibes

A touch more customer service at the front desk would make it top mark hotel.

Location is perfect right at the promenade by the lake. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was great. The room was small but really cute

My room happened to be right next to a construction where a tree was removed. Starting at 8am there was hammering and sawing and general loud noise literally right next to my room during two days of my three day stay. It was particularly unpleasant since I had to work at times including conference calls. I think the check in personal should have known about the construction and assigned a different room to me

The location is ideal. It’s very clean and the bedding is very comfortable

The AC was not working well and we had super hot days. Nice breakfast but could be improved a little. Juices were of poor quality and limited choice of bread, only two types, which were not the tastiest. Fabulous jam though. Lovely and helpful staff

Great location at the lake front. Restaurants, shops, boat and bus stations are all in walking distance.

Everything is designed to be efficient. There is a feeling of “impersonal”.

Breakfast excellent.

No amenities. Very minimal. Not enough light in room, no comfortable chair. Single room much too small without even a towel rack or shelf for cosmetics.

Room was VERY TINY with no place for towels or cosmetics. Terrible lighting. VERY MINIMAL and confining. Room 502 was terrible.

Ascona is an amazing small town with beautiful views and quiet scenic streets. 7 Boutique hotel was in a spectacular location.

Amazing location, clean rooms and the comfort is even higher that you would expect for the price of room. Check in- and Check-out was very fast, and upon request we were also upgraded to the room with the Lake view. Great breakfast, all the staff members were very attentive and nice. Overall, a great example of Ticino hospitality

The rooms are not large, but for the short staying and the location directly on the Lake the perfect size

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was excellent.

The shower was not in a good condition and the sliding door to the toilet very noisy

An electric kettle in the room would have been nice. The fridge in the room is really tiny (1 big bottle of water doesn’t fit) and not that cold

Very central

No parking. Walk in the pedestrian zone with luggage and dog very inconvenient and stressful.Room OK, but with reclining walls of the Mansarde room you bang your head constantly against a wall.Such type of hotel room was not mentioned in the booking offer and if so, we would have never booked it.

Great location, clean and value for money

We stayed in 2 different rooms located in 2 different buildings, both next to the lake. The first was a bit smaller, but still confortable with a nice size bathroom. Breakfast was superb, tables just on the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, at the Riviera of Ascona. Good and rich breakfast.

The air condition could not be used, the control was not there. When I commented that the next day at the reception they told me, that the AC is broken and that a technician could not repair it. If this is true or not, they did not inform at the arrival that there is no AC in the room even I have booked a room with AC. We could then change to another room with a working AC for the second night. I felt to be cheated for the first night, they informed a reduction of the tariff would not be possible as it is paid via booking.com.Also, the first room was very small and it was difficult to move in the room and bathroom without being hit by a wall, a door, a chair a.s.o. We are not very tall nor big, rather in the norm. The second room was a little bit bigger
