Front Desk staff is great Bikes are good.

Service staff with the exception of one lovely young man working breakfast, the rest absolutely HATE North Americans. Impossible to get served at the pool. Not enough seating by the pool. Had the worst schnitzel in my life. Room super basic. No lake view. Koi pond is nice. Sofa with some white stains ? Avoided it completely. Had some spa treatments. They were just okay. We ended up eating and drinking every day and night next door at Castello de Sole. We should have stayed there and will going forward. That place is beyond.

Everything! Wonderful experience, the lush garden , the service was impeccable from start to finish. Highly personalised and warm, the staff made us feel not only welcomed but genuinely cared for. Dining at Ristorante Ecco with Chef Reto Brändl was another highlight. A true sensory journey. The spa was equally exceptional. The perfect getaway!

Excellent service, incredible staff, lovely room, beautiful garden with superb furniture, great spa and pools, delicious breakfast, good location for trips in all directions, these people know what five star means, fantastic.

Breakfast is really bad. Old rotten fruit. The bread is fresh.

Staff and manager are amazing. Excellent view and i like the way the hotel was built. There is pool in the middle with huge fish in. Amazing!

I just need to mention that upon my arrival i checked in 9:15 and went to the resturant which is last order is 9:30 pm. They did not received us! So i simply went to the manager and he took care of that matter. Thanks for the managerial skills and need to mention that customers come first always. Always normal employees shall remember that!

The garden and the pool area are beautiful. The garden is in a perfect condition and one can tell with how much love and care it is taken care of.The staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

The rooms are nothing special. For the price, we were expecting a more luxorious room. Also we were 3 adults staying in one room and the 3rd bed was an old, rather uncomfortable pull-out couch.Overall, there were too many families with young children at the hotel. Therefore it was always noisy with children screaming and running around, specially at the pool area.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was super clean and the food was excellent.

Perfect location for a relaxing stay, with plenty of seating in beautiful gardens and a poolside bar. Ecco is a fantastic restaurant that deserves its two Michelin stars. The breakfast is first rate and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location to explore the area on bikes conveniently available at reception. Don’t miss Ecco, the fantastic star-studded restaurant. Unforgettable experience!
