Very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is so central and convenient.

Nice breakfast with a comfortable room and a perfect location near a bus station, the center of Ascona, and a supermarket.

Free coffee, comfy bed, kind receptionist, early check in was possible

Shower head mount was wobbly; still could shower tho lol

Overall a very good stay.... amazing breakfast, clean rooms, and kind and helpful staff.

Compared to other places in Ascona the view from the room is not great.

Accommodations where very comfortable with a balcony room provided. And the room had air conditioning that was a great surprise ?, especially since this was the hottest summer they've had in a long time.They have a great ? breakfast selection and staff willing to to help in any way.

Comfortable and clean rooms. the breakfast and dinner was very good. Liked the rooms at the upper floor with a great view. its on a quiet street within walking distance to Piazza in Ascona. Parking space right in front of Hotel.

Very clean and the location was perfect. Room was quiet and isolated and the air conditioning worked perfect.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Free drinks in the mini bar. Great location close to the town centre and has a small supermarket almost next door.

Nothing at all

Very clean rooms, perfectly arranged, gives you a spacious feeling. Smart shower (movable glass walls so that you don't splash everything around) with hot water at all times of the day. The bed was amazing!! It was like sleeping on a cloud. The view to the mountain was beautiful and the hotel was very close to the bus stop to locarno (2 minutes by foot) and ascona old town and port/lake (7 minutes by foot). The restaurant at the hotel is indeed a hidden gem! Super friendly staff, gave us a small gift at checkout. Room included free coffee (capsules and machine in room) and free minibar.

a very cozy hotel, close to the center with nice, spacious and well-kept rooms, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. there is also a nice restaurant for dinner or a drink in the evening.

there is not much of a view from the hotel room, but we didn’t mind as the lake and center of ascona is very close and easy to reach by foot. also we preferred the more quiet location as opposed to being directly in the busy tourist center of town.

Difficult to sleep in a very hot room.

The room was very hot. There was no cooling system.

The room was clean and had the number of beds requested. The beds were comfortable.

The staff was not welcoming upon arrival and departure and not flexible with regard to helping us with the parking spot we paid for.We had to pay CHF20 for parking which we thought would be for 24h (we checked in at 3h30PM on arrival), but the staff did not let us keep the parking spot later than check out time (11AM). We understand that they have limited spots available, but the staff was not flexible at all when we asked to leave the car until 1PM, although it was sure that not all of the new guests would have arrived by then to get their parking spots, which we witnessed the day before as at least 4 parking spots were still unoccupied. We had room number one right above the reception and it was extremely noisy in the morning. From 7AM, we could hear everything that was happening downstairs.

I liked the service at breakfast. It was very good and had friendly staff.

The hotel was close to my family's holiday apartment and close to the lake area in Ascona

It was very hot in the room and sleeping was very difficult
