Great Hotel! Wonderful management and customer service

The Location The Staff The Room

Very friendly staff and very accommodating.. the location is amazing and the hotel is very clean and well organized.

Maybe have a mini fridge in the room is a good idea.

Well kept. Friendly staff and great location

Towels were small, no car parking unless on the road, no coffee/tea facilities n the room and no air conditioning but very central to facilities. Breakfast was lovely.

Perfect for one person…room was small, clean and equipped with what I needed apart from kettle. A cup of tea or coffee would have been nice!

No kettle.

Location. Close to metro and in one of most beautiful areas of Paris. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed ;)

Very convenient staff, there was always someone at the desk and I had the option to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

We already paid the money from bookings.com but the staff kept forcing us to pay them again because the money wasn't paid according to them and they didn't let us in for an hour but later said that even though you haven't paid us we are letting you in. This is after we have showed them everything from the booking confirmation, to the bank statement, to the bank transaction to their exact bank account all of which they denied

The staff and their attempt to not understand the situation and act weirdly

Great location, near metro, restaurants and shops. The hotel very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Miryam, the receptionist was fantastic, she provided a lot of good information. We were very happy with Hôtel du Château and highly recommend it.

The Vincennes area is beautiful and just a few stops away from some of the best attractions in Paris. The staff was very kind & accommodating. The room is great for the price, and the breakfast was great.

Nothing!

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Great location with lovely local amenities and easy access to Paris attractions. Family room with two sections perfect for staying with kids.

Could be a bit hot in the summer as no air conditioning.

Staff was helpfull, Location is great.

No AC, very small room and tiny bathroom

great location,clean room

no parking

Location, staff very friendly

Noise from the restaurant until late.. (chairs, tables). Thought at first they were having builders in the hotel...

Clean and nice location

The stairs they were tiring there’s no left and also there’s no air conditioning.

The location was fantastic! The Metro Line 1 and the park close by- very good.

Sometimes one could hear the other guest walking the stairs.During our stay there was a distinct noice of one person who always walked with a very loud and heavy step the stairs- also quite late.I have a good sleep- so I don t really mind. But maybe a little notice for the guests to b considered about their noice in the staircase could be an idea ?

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were lovely. The decorations made me feel like a princess and I could see a castle from my window. I really recommend this hotel!

Perfect location with fabulous view of the Chateau Vincennes

Lots of stairs no lift
