Did arrange room for 3, with reasonable charge.

1st floor room without any pleasant view. Staffs didn serve with proper manner.

Cosy room with great facilities in a wonderful location just opposite the castle and with lots of restaurants around. The concierge was super kind and helpful!

Decor, Little details and charming and warmth of the welcoming

The hotel itself is newly renovated. The rooms as well and they were very clean and with everything that you needed. The breakfast was great.

Perfect location not to far from the center and to Disneyland Paris. Super Clean

Unfortunately if your driving parking is not the best but Ben works at the front desk at night is super helpful and probably best thing about the Hotel

The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with an excellent location and a cozy, elegant vibe. The room was spotless and comfortable. Most importantly, Charlotte at the reception was absolutely exceptional, professional, kind, and genuinely caring. She made my stay extra special with her attentiveness and warm hospitality.

Honestly, nothing to dislike, everything was smooth and well organized.

staff was friendly but could not address our concerns

Room was very small. Queen size beed took up most of the room. The weather was cold. They did not turn the heat on. When we asked for blankets the staff person could only find sheets. We were told the heat would not be on for a few more days. On Sunday, Sept. 28th we were locked out of the building. We eventually knowked on a hotel window. A guest found the staff person. It was midnight. Staff was great. The Bestwesten facility was not. We would like a refund or to be comped for a future stay. Staff was notified of our concerns as we checked out.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The property is charming, immaculately maintained, and ideally situated, making it a perfect base for exploring the area and easily accessible to the Paris city center (either by walking or by taking the subway). What distinguishes this hotel most, however, is the exceptional quality of its staff. Every team member was professional, helpful, and sincerely committed to ensuring guests feel welcome. I had some issues with booking (completely my fault), and they helped resolve it to maximum satisfaction ( and they did not have to). In particular, I would like to recognize Ms. Charlotte, whose dedication and effort were outstanding. She was consistently helpful and attentive, offering assistance with warmth and efficiency, and her attention to detail greatly enhanced my stay.Overall, the hotel combines an excellent location and amenities with an excellent standard of service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Vincennes is a great place with access to both the RER and the metro. Quieter and cleaner than Paris, and of course, less crowded!

Beautiful area with lots of restaurants and easy access to transit

Conviniently located close to subway, RER, cafes and stores.Charlotte, our host at the front desk, was pleasant and helpful.

Street parking is expensive. Opt for the garage near by.

Nothing. But if picky I’d suggest BW Corporate France negotiate some dedicated parking.

No iron in the closet

Loved the location. Near Metro and train. Neighborhood so lovely. Exceptionally clean. Restaurants in the area were varied and very nice. I wish the USB ports next to the bed worked. Everything else about the room was perfect.

Appears to be recently refurbished so has a new and crisp feel to it. Super clean, every person we encounter was incredibly friendly, amazing location only 5 minutes away from the Metro and very quiet area.

The design of the shower in Room 12 was poor, unable to use the overhead shower as that would literally flood the bathroom floor with water. Resorted to using the handheld shower instead.

Having been to Paris several times, this hotel really exceeded my expectations in two specific areas - firstly the staff, every staff member was genuinely friendly, nice and helpful (a rarity in Paris!). Secondly the room was a comfortable size and really well appointed. Even though my room was right by the lift, it never disturbed me. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable and I slept very well each night (which is also rare for me). Breakfast was generally good, and I was expecting the usual continental breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised with some hot items. Coffee at breakfast was really good.The location is fantastic with many shops and restaurants nearby. Links to metro/buses also nearby. Vincennes is one of my favourite areas in Paris. It may not be in the usual tourist areas but it is very well connected to Paris.I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

The beds were comfortable and the location was awesome

The staff. The first staff member that we encountered was extremely rude!!!!! She made my whole group upset with the disrespect we received. On the website it stated that breakfast was included. It was not we were told to pay $15 in advance per day for the breakfast. The breakfast was not worth $15 so we didn't pay anymore after day 1. The TV was so small and only had french speaking channels so we had to use our phones to watch any American speaking shows. Some of our bathrooms was in the lower level we had to walk down a very small spiral staircase which was scary for some of us. They went into our accounts and withdrew a deposit and that was not stated before hand. Some of us was told we would not get our deposits back until 30 days later. The website stated no money due until check in!!!! Never again will I stay here again. No way

Shower, location, peaceful

Booking.com said breakfast came with the room. This was NOT the case upon arrival. That was a great disappointment.

My office is in the area, so it is within walking distance. There are good food options, and the room is perfect for a business trip. You only need a desk with a decent chair, a good bed, and a good bathroom. The room was clean.

It offers what I need for my business trips. You can take line 1 and in 20 minutes you will be in the Paris Center.
