Pros +
- Personally as long as the bed and hot shower are fine I’m happy with anything else. And bother are super
- the staff are genuinely very good, polite, helpful, and welcoming, which does make a difference during my stay to be honest
- The location was very good, just next to a metro station, which I took to move around Paris very easily. Friendly staff.
Cons -
- No elevator, but the staff were super friendly and helped us.
- The internet connection is very poor and unreliable, which can be a serious inconvenience, especially if you need to work or plan your days online. The lack of an elevator makes moving luggage or strollers extremely difficult, particularly after a long day out.Location is another major drawback. Despite being marketed as a Paris hotel, it is actually located in Pantin, which is quite far from the city center. While it is close to Hoche metro station, reaching the heart of Paris requires long metro rides, adding a lot of daily travel time and fatigue.
- The neighborhood is a bit weird and had to pay some attention, specially when arriving at the metro station. Stairs to the room makes lots of noise, which might disturb other guests when you are leaving early morning (too narrow too) and the bathroom is too small (but renewed, making the experience better). The bed for me was too soft (could change to something medium+ of density).

Dropped off our bags early and gentlemen was very helpful, adjusting our room to a lower floor due to no elevator, giving us the room keys and outside door code, offered us use of a toilet and to take our bags to our room when it was ready. Room met all our needs othere than those stated below. Only a short walk to metro station
The shower door only folds in, making it impossible for a larger person to get into the shower, even a challenge for a medium-sized person. Lots of street noise if need to open windows.
Noise. Hot. Did not sleep the whole night.
No Elevator. No AC.
Great location
Too small, no air-conditioning, so can get really worm in summer...
very clean the time we step in, spacious too. very close to metro Hoche station line 5
the only thing which is everywhere in paris, you need to bring luggage up by yourself through stairs. even the receptionist willing to help but we refuse to do so. still okay for me with the room we had
The location was good to the Philarmonie, the place is clean and safe.Recomend the restaurant Karokant, few minutes walk for dinner or for a drink.
The walls have no soundproof - literally you hear your neighbours, whether they talk, take a shower or leave/come
The reception staff is helpful.
The corridors lack comfort. Dark. Tight. It's quite unsettling! The location is scary!
- There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel.- We felt safe with the hotel's security access.- The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet.- The room is clean.
Looks and feels newly renovated, very clean and fresh, all you need for a short stay
Cleaning, personal
Smells, ZERO soundproofing
The rooms were small but had everything you need in them and super clean.. the hotel was close to the metro which was amazing for getting about. The staff in the hotel were super helpful
Our bed wasn't the best. There was a dip in the middle so ended up with bad backs. Also no extra heating apart from a little radiator near the window so did get cold at times. We were offered to move rooms but had already unpacked and got sorted so didn't want to pack up again
Good value for the money…in Paris. The staff was nice, helpful.Location close to the metro station and a few shops where you can have breakfast. Very very quiet, something incredible for Paris. Room was warm.
Neighbourhood is not the best but we knew where we booked the room. Considering ten money paid and the vicinity of the metro station I would say it was really a good deal so we will book again when we are in Paris.
The room was clean and cozy had every essentials, close to the metró line
The walls are thin so you can here everything
Outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff! Very close to the metro and well connected to the city centre and central stations. Clean bathroom with amenities, good price for value in Paris!
Walls are very thin (which is not a problem for me personally but for people who are sensitive to sound it should be considered prior).
Close to metro lines, low cost
The cleaning of the room was moderate. They didn’t change towels every day, no elevator
- Value for price- Room were clean - Staff is friendly
- More amenities in the bathroom will make the experience even better
The property was clean and the staff was highly available and helpful. They provide toiletries.
They did not provide any slippers. The main door is tricky to open and I had a lot of difficulty, but the staff helped me.
My room was spacious and the entire hotel was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being just a couple of minutes to the metro was great. Even though it's not located in the center it's quite easy to get to anywhere within Paris. The environment was quiet. Excellent value for such an affordable stay.
