    Pros +

    • Friendly and accommodating
    • walls were extremely thin
    • This is a hotel for workers not really holidaymakers. It was extremely clean, but location without a car was problematic.Beds were very comfortable and great night's sleep.Staff were helpful and spoke reasonable English. It is near too stadium de France, if you are fit and like a walk!Great value though.

    Cons -

    • I did not like the dark halls the light did pop on when detecting motion but I personally like lights on.
    • Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable. The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. People’s private conversations and personal moments were clearly audible, which made me feel very uneasy. At one point, I honestly wondered if I had booked the wrong kind of hotel by mistake.Because of the noise and lack of privacy, I could not rest at all. I stayed only one night and left the hotel early the next morning.Overall, it was a very bad experience and not what I expected or paid for.
    • Location, 20 minute walk into St Denis, which is not as pleasant a town as its name would suggest. The local tram service was suspended due to a damaged bridge: not the hotel's fault but resulting diversion made taxis expensive and the hotel is very isolated. If you want to drive around France, park up and get train into Paris then this is the place for you.

    Location

They didn’t allow to have my lunch in the dining hall. Though the hall was empty. In the cold I had to take my meal outside. That’s very bad

Very nice staff — they’re always willing to help. The room was very clean, and the hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly. I like the simplicity of everything, and it’s close to a very nice park. The bus stop is very close, and buses come frequently.

A bit far from Paris city center. The train station to city is almost a 30-minute walk away. (But the bus stop is very close, and buses come frequently.)

Nice hotel which is not that far from Paris and the most important thing is that the hotel offers free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The corridors were a bit dingy

    2PrafulPosted on: 12-30-2025

    Every day cleaning the room

We stayed for five days for the first 2 days with no water during the day we struggled a lot and staff side no proper response

The location is calm. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, the kitchen is nice, I felt like at someone's home. We had access to the garden from the room. I liked all the decorations everywhere.

But I could hear all the neighbours at night. The choice for the breakfast was a bit limited. Everything needs a little bit of attentions: some part have to be cleaned up or repaired.

Easy access to Paris by car. Nice to have free parking on site. Comfortable enough for the price. Friendly staff. Love the cat.

Room is not soundproof. If you wanna wake up late like 11am.. impossible the cleaners make noise whilst cleaning in the corridors.. practically hear everything.

Friendly staff, cute location and an adorable cat at the property <3

    8SimonPosted on: 9-15-2025

Nice area. Out of the way but quite accessible on buses/trams, and more pleasant than staying in the middle of Paris. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable.

No natural light in the room: There were no windows, except for a door to outside that you could open - but wouldn't want to leave open for security. Furniture in the rooms could've been better. Very little storage, and only one of the two beds had a bedside table. Also we had to ask for a kettle, instead of it being there when we arrived (but they did provide one when we asked).

I liked the location, the room, the hospitality as well as the breakfast and free parking! Great for a location close to State de France :D

The room was a little smelly but other than that, not much to complain.

Clean, free parking, friendly staff, good price!

    Breakfast no doubt very good

In room there should have been an electric kettle and some tea bags . I’m tea lover but there was no tea facility

Space for parking with no height limit. I could park my van.Park with green space.

Air conditioning not working.Shower without curtain. You get the floor all wet after showering.Toilet seat moved and got out of place when using the toilet

The room was a great size for our family. The breakfast was fantastic.

There were a few little maintenance jobs that could be attended to in the bathroom but didn't affect the function.
