    Pros +

    • DJ that performed 13/2/26 excellent vibe with dancing. Accompanied by delicious food and drinks. Bedroom was stylish and functional with a lovely balcony. Also loved the hens on the roof!
    • Comfortable bed and nice staff
    • The location was great (easy access to the Metro - Garibaldi station - and the flea market). The price was very reasonable and the hotel's sustainability/environmental/social goals were clear. No TVs, nice organic products and food, community engagement and they only change the bedding every 3 days.

    Cons -

    • Nothing to report
    • There are no hooks, not even to hang towels. There is no space to put toiletries or cosmetics – only the sink itself.Everything is tiled, and it is freezing cold when walking barefoot. There is hardly any lighting in the room. There was only a small bedside night light and a strange lamp with a cable that barely gave any light. The location is okay, but in the evening I sometimes felt unsafe.
    • The room had an interesting layout which was mostly good, but as the end of the bed was very close to the window, you have to walk sideways to go past (meanwhile a big gap when you came in the door). Also, although the room was only able to be used as a double, it had two mattresses pushed together rather than one big mattress. This meant we either had to sleep in a dip as they moved apart overnight, or sleep on separate sides of the bed.

We loved how kind the staff was, and the hotel seems to be in a very safe area. We have stayed for 4 days and it was perfect for a short stay, cozy room with a cute terrace. They also have a restaurant in the lobby if you wish to use it. The city is accessible via Metro or bus, which both have stations a few-minute walks away. Would recommend!!

The shower pressure and temperature was a bit unstable, but this is the only issue we had, so great hotel.

We have been other times to the MOB as we like very much the philosophy and the concept behind it.

The heating system was not working and the room was extremely cold and unpleasant. Our 12-year daughter had to sleep in our bed to mitigate the low temperature. We reported the issue multiple times to the staff as soon as arrived. The receptionist gave us additional blankets instead of fixing the issue or changing the room.

It was clean, close to metro station. And parking downstairs is convenient but not free (26eu per day)

Room was too small for 3 people and that 3rd bed was really not a bed, a futon bed at the entrance of bathroom... totally not comfortable for 3 people, in a room hardly big enough for 2 people - no space to even open up your luggage... staff was familiar with this problem, and they did nothing to fix it.

Good value for money. Location quite ok having in mind this is Paris. Room was quite big.

Glass doors to wc and shower.

    Silence & clean room

No options for gluten free diet or allergic persons in breakfast that was expensive considering quality. Very long time to hold deposit over month is not good service and system is too rigid. Doesn’t create sense of smooth service.

Incredibly comfortable bedstylish and cozy roomcomfortable showerquiet and peaceful, perfect for solo travelers or traveling with a friendreally liked the signature shampoo and shower gel

I was confused by the man from the security service who was walking around the floor calling his colleague, and at some point he started opening the doors of the rooms and opened mine - I was not ready for thisThere was no kettle in the room

Modern, clean, super friendly staff and good connected to the city with public transport.

A little more storage room in the rooms would be cool however that is just a tiny detail, in an overall great accommodation.

Close to metro, bars and restaurants, Good food pleasant bar area.

Corridors not very well lit. Being elderly We would have liked tea and coffee making facility in the room. Not our usual type of hotel, very minimalist furnishing but we appreciated the concept and would stay again.

    9DallasPosted on: 11-17-2025

super clean, friendly staff, chickens on the roof (!), character of place, books everywhere, no television, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, and incredibly tasty organic and locally sourced breakfast

a bathtub would have made it practically perfect

    9TeaganPosted on: 11-10-2025

Comfortable and just what we needed after a long day of walking around Paris. It’s in a quiet part of town so it was nice when beating off jet lag.

The air conditioner was capped at a temperature and we had a few warmer nights. We slept with the window open to compensate. The laundry on site was nice, however it took 6 hours in a dryer and they still were not dry. We ended up hanging up our clothes all over the room and letting them air dry for 12+ hours.

Very cool and stylish, excellent breakfast

Under and behind the bed was quite dirty. I noticed because we were in the family room and my son dropped some toys and they came out all dusty

    8JoanPosted on: 11-2-2025

Very clean comfortable room. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location.

Very nice restaurant with pleasant helpful staff. I enjoyed my meal. But there were few choices for anyone with food allergy -the one pizza that I could eat was very good. It would be good to have more choices for those who like myself are allergic to egg or cows' milk. And of course some people are vegan.

Good price, great location, friendly staff

Booked a room for myself and my 16 year old son which said it has a double bed and a futon but turns out it just had a double bed so we had to share

Found the hotel easily, but was a bit confused as to where reception was, but having found it and we were welcomed warmly by the girl on duty. The room was warm and clean, very comfortable bed with lovely sheets and pillows, towels were also soft and large. For close to central Paris it was very quiet. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment, but an organic breakfast was on offer.
