The staff was welcoming and courteous. The room was tidy, comfortable and well heated. The breakfast was good as well.

Nothing to declare. All was perfect.

Very comfortable room in a slightly out of the way area of Paris that allowed me to experience bus and tram travel. It was safe, quiet, and diverse. Would gladly return and explore the surroundings a bit more. The courtyard artwork was great!I

I couldn't find the way back inside from the ground floor patio. Maybe it is unlocked in warmer months.

Shower head was broken, clearly already known by the reception stuff, and even after asking them directly it wasn't fixed. Furthermore, the heating didn't really do anything, we were freezing in the mornings and walking on the cold concrete floor. Additionally the location is pretty bad, 10 minute walk from the subway in a rundown not very Parisian area.

Really clean and spacious room with lots of storage. Good wifi speed. Comfy bed. Kitchen on ground floor with use of microwave and fridge. Bathroom comes with towel warmer/shampoo/ body wash. Very close to Marche aux puces de Saint-Ouen. Bedside outlets located above nightstands.

Bathroom sink did not have a stopper so had to be careful not to drop anything otherwise it would drop right down into the hole. Shower is a little narrow so keep bumping into shower handle. Metro line 13 and 14 about 10 min walk. Area surrounding the hotel is working class, not many attractions nearby. A bit outside city center. Electrical socket near the desk was not operating.

The hotel is generally very good and very quiet, with an excellent location — everything is nearby, including restaurants, the metro, and a pharmacy. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and professional. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. Hot water is always available, which is something not always found in many 3-star hotels in Paris.

The internet connection is unstable and cuts off frequently. Coffee and tea in the room are not refilled for free — once finished, you have to pay for replacements.

The place is great, I loved breakfast, the coffee was good too , very clean and modern. It is very easy to get to all Paris attractions as the Metro station is a 5 minute walk away.

I thought it would be better connected to Charles de Gaulle Airport, at the end It worked out fine. Definitely great for travelling from the Orly airport.

IT was clean, the hotel team were exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming!

The rooms are well sized and comfortable and it is a fun decorated building overall. They have a really nice eco-friendly policy with fun sayings and games to recicle and save water. It is a 5 min walk from the metro station.

You could hear a little bit of noise from other rooms but nothing that impacted our sleep and stay. We didn't try the breakfast because we felt it was overpriced.

Clean, modern, had capacity to store food in refrigerator, a lounge where you can sit and play games, laundry facilities (although expensive to was and dry clothes). Breakfast is actually a great value for the price. You get some great food options that if you went elsewhere would easily cost double.

Didn’t like being judged by the shower on my water temp and usage. Appreciate the conservation efforts but this is taking it too far. Neighborhood feels unsafe and it’s an 8 min walk from the train station. Nightstand or table should be on both sides of bed.

This was a perfect room and hotel for our stay. We came to see ACDC at the Stade di Paris and the location to the metro and the stadium was perfect. Rooms were clean and air conditioned nicely.

This is not in a main area of Paris so sightseeing is not really for this neighborhood.

Property location is around $15 taxi distance from Eiffel Tower.

The property advertise to have parking but denied to have accessible parking when we arrived. We luckily got street parking.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately, it had an unpleasant smell- something like a musty old house. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the location was quite poor and not walkable, which made getting around difficult.

The location is perfect! Close on everything

I was very disappointed with the room. There was no fridge, it smelled of cigarettes, and the AC wasn't working, which forced us to open the window for air. This led to mosquitoes entering and noise from cars outside, resulting in poor sleep.

I booked a room with kitchenette but the services offered for the same were not good.
