Hotel Trianon Saint Ouen

We stay for 2nights and everything is clean, organized and the staff are very welcoming. Probably will comeback soon. Bravo!! ❤️

Good room for a short stay, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room gets cleaned daily (towels changed, garbage collected...) and the bed is decent. Convenient location, very close to M13 which gets you anywhere.

Very slow wifi, bathroom had a slight smell (but it's ok, you can close the door to block the odor) and the shower leaks so better place a few towels before stepping in.The curtains also where not blocking the sun very efficiently.

The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful and the apartment was clean and beautiful.

The shower doesn't have a door so it was difficult to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom, especially with kids. Two of the four days we were there were were able to get warm water for showers but not hot..

The hosts were warm and welcoming. It was close to the metro. The water was hot, which I love. Bed was comfy.

No fridge.

We wanted to spend a few days in Paris after a short trip in Spain - needless to say, we had spent quite the budget on the first leg of our trip and wanted to be economic in an otherwise expensive city. The Hotel was great, the staff extremely helpful, the reception kind and accommodating, and the owner simply wonderful and the best of hosts. The location is fantastic, even if you'd think it's not in the center, the city is accessible through the Metro line that's just a 5' walk from the hotel. The area is filled with cafes, a few of them serve wine in the evenings as well. A few bakeries, that are definitely just a brisk 2' walk from each other, with everything that you'd need for your breakfast, and completely affordable. There is a super market and a pharmacy which will just about cover for your every other need. The hotel is quiet at night, and those beds must've been one of the comfiest I've slept on in a while. Thank you for your great hospitality, and your welcoming attitude, we will definitely visit again ?

Great location. Very near the subway station. Our rooms were very comfortable and our bedding was changed in the 4 days we were there. Great staff and lovely coffee.

the rooms are different than the pictures. wifi didn't work for 3 days. the towels and tea station weren't really clean, the room was way too small. there was no shower gel or smth in the bathroom. it felt rather like an airbnb. it really was not worth the price. almost 700 for 4 nights but bare minimum service :/. the staff seemed pretty okay but i felt like the booking site is not accurate. thanks to the metro lines right next to it, the location ended up being good at least.

We enjoyed our stay very much,the was clean and comfy, the location of the hotel is very close to the bus and metro station, The only thing we had trouble was finding the entrance, as the door with the Hotel sign was completely shut but apparently there is another entrance from the steak restaurant.

The neighborhood where the hotel was located didn't feel safe at night.

host was present at the property all the time and helped with all the needs and inquires. Place itself was very clean and great value for money. Just 4 mints walk from metro.

The small room was really small but its alright if you are just there to sleep and shower. Near the street you can hear the noise from the cars.

No elevator (as advertised), and AC wasn’t very good but they said it was because they hadn’t turned it back on yet for the summer as we stayed on one of the first hotter days of the year I guess.

Location was great and the room was clean. Coffee served downstairs was amazing.

The room was advertised as a “two bedroom” but it was actually a one bedroom with two beds in it. It still worked for us as we are a family but if you were two couples travelling and expecting two rooms it would be a little award.

Perfect location 3 min walk from the metro station One of the cleanest rooms I have ever been to- and so spacious and also the hosts were very kind.

Looking is great, the room looks like new and the mattress was great.

I think the room needs better soundproofing and blackout curtains

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location of the hotel is great, very close to the bus and metro station, very clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we had trouble was finding the entrance, as the door with the Hotel sign was completely shut but apparently there is another entrance from the steak restaurant.

Room a bit small however there is a nice built in shelf for clothes and toilet was flooding due to the drain clogging. Great place to stay in if budgeting

Great location, just a few minutes away from the metro station. The bed was the best I ever slept on, soo comfortable and big. It’s fairly clean and new, cleaning lady came on the third day, changed the towels and cleaned the room. They have the iron that you can use. Everyone was really kind.

Construction works still going on in the building, so we experienced a few times a loss of electricity.

The place is great and clean, and Mr. Jamal's treatment is very elegant. Thank you.

Amazing hotel and such a lovely, responsive host! Very good , quiet location, 2 min to the metro. The room is clean, new, cozy, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Everything was perfect, one of best experiences in Paris. Thank you?
