At least the sheets were clean.

Room smelled horrible. Staff was rude. Toilet didn’t work properly. These wasn’t even soap in the bathroom. Fire alarm went of twice because someone smoked in the building and we smelled it everywhere. Location isn’t too but definitely not women friendly.

    Only location was good.

Window blind was broken. The room was too small to walk. Floor was dirty. Toiletries was not there at all.

I'm a super budget traveler and booked this place for the price, but next time I would absolutely spend a little extra for someplace else!!

Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were tiny and unventilated, bathrooms are a walk down the hall and smell weird, the neighborhood is sketchy. Claims to be soundproof, that is not the case at all. Sleep was disrupted by a glitchy fire alarm going off several times during both nights we were there. Breakfast was disorganized and very limited.

    Below expectations!

The banging doors, rude staff, house keeping knocking at your door at 9am when check out is at 12, the noise from the elevator, the stained sink area, the uncomfortable bed.

    The worst hotel experience I’ve...

Even before arriving, I felt uneasy after reading multiple reviews mentioning BEDBUGS. Fortunately, we did not find any in our room, but the constant concern made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed. The situation became much worse during the night. The EMERGENCY/ FIRE ALARM went off three separate times over two consecutive nights, in the middle of the night, waking up the entire hotel. Each time, it turned out to be a false alarm. The staff appeared uncoordinated and gave different explanations for what had happened, so we never knew the real reason. The fear and panic we felt when we believed there might be a real emergency is hard to put into words. Overall, it was a very stressful and unsettling stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The room at all was clean and kinda nice, the room was small, but i was expecting it.

Every day was some sort of problem, someone was trying unluck our door, the Staff was unhelpfull, alarm wake us up three times in like 3am, in the night other hosts in the hotel were doing problems, banging on the furniture and Stuf like that, the street was loudy as hell, in front of hotel were people doing shady bussines, im giving this hotel 1/5 would not recomend, only thing that was kinda nice was the room thats all

The price was decent, metro was in a reachable distance. The room was clean.

The bathrooms were often clogged and dirty, the neighborhood was sketchy, the doors closing was very loud.

Good price unlike the other Paris stays

    Unclean, bad location, bad smell

    7WierzchuckaPosted on: 2-18-2026

The view from the 8th floor was nice, room layout was great for a few days.

The toilets were dirty most of the time which i guess is understandable if they shared but it would stink every time you would go in

    9HerbertPosted on: 2-18-2026

The hotel was the best choice, when I was looking for some cheap accommodation in Paris. On the first day we found out, that the door lock does not work, but stuff has resettled us to the same room without any problem, i recommend to check the lock before checking in. The shared bathroom clean 3,5/5, but I liked the water temperature range and pressure (which was especially surprisable). The room has been cleaned daily, when the room was empty, that is perfect for this price too.

The location is not perfect, you have to take a walk for the nearest bus or metro stop. Sometimes technical problems may happen, as with the lock, put stuff will kindly help you to solve all the problems.

The staffs are nice and welcoming

They should have a cable channel so guest can watch what they want. Not just a local French TV channel

Honestly, there was nothing about the property that I liked. The experience did not meet my expectations in any way.

I was dissatisfied with my stay from the beginning. I felt forced to remain at the property because I had already paid, and the hotel refused to offer a refund. The room was not clean upon arrival and was only changed after I complained. No formal apology was offered. The toilet facilities were very poor, with only one shared toilet available for the entire floor. The room was also extremely noisy, which made my stay uncomfortable. When I requested to change hotels, I was told to contact Booking.com. Booking.com informed me that I could submit a cancellation request, but the final decision rested with the hotel. This raises the question of why the hotel did not offer a refund initially.Communication from the hotel staff was very poor throughout. Additionally, the location felt unsafe and poorly maintained.Overall, this experience did not meet basic accommodation standards, and I would not recommend this property.

    Very poor

The Neighbourhood is not good. At least there is public transport near. The hallway and too much smelly, the bathroom or shower room is dirty

    1RimPosted on: 2-2-2026

    Bad

The employee gave me a code to unlock the room. When I went and entered the code, I found other people in the same room. I went to the receptionist, and he changed my room. How could the receptionist give me a room that was already occupied? I don't understand. This means he could also give my lock code to other people, and I could find people entering my room at any time.
