The staff was excellent--very helpful and accommodating. As a person traveling alone on a quicker trip, the hotel was adequate for me (but probably not for a family trip). The morning breakfast, while quite good, was probably not worth the cost.

The room certainly could have and should have been cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty and the shower should have been cleaner. While moderately convenient, the hotel was a bit far from the nearest metro line.

The staff was polite and helpful, the room overall was clean and comfortable.

The staff was kind, helpful, and quick to answer questions. Someone was at the reception desk 24/7 to assist with anything at any time. The location was also good¿just outside the city but close to the metro, tram, and buses to quickly reach the city.

WiFi didn't work. Very unsafe neighborhood and definitely not a 3 Star hotel

Affordable and it has air conditioning.

Neighborhood around hotel is kinda sketch...and the metro line for most of the places you want to visit is not the one around the corner, it's the one that's about a 15-minute walk.

Very very small rooms. Temperature control is a nightmare. Material in rooms broken / run down..Does not meet standard of examples of level provided in your website.

Not really close to public transportation

Sumayya was very helpfull. He helped me in everything. If it wasn't for her, I couldn't have done anything there. Now I have a friend, a sister there. I give her 100 my full score and I expect her boss to give her something good in return.

With the staff Steve and young African guy with beard who works early morning both they good the rest of the staff they not friendly with the cleaning I found it strange not to put rubbish beg in the small bin in the bathroom. Also they left my rubbish beg in bathroom

The room was clean. The hotel is located close to the metro stations, bus stop and tram stop.

The hotel doesn't have many extras, but I wasn't expecting it to at this price anyway.

Clean, quiet , nice facilities

Bed was two single beds put together making it uncomfortable for couples as the beds occasionally come apart

We had a wonderful stay at Ibis Paris. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.A special thank you to Steve at the reception – he was incredibly kind and professional. He welcomed us earlier than the official check-in time and made sure we received a very nice room perfect for a couple. His helpful attitude and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our experience.Highly recommended for both cleanliness and outstanding customer service!

Nice newly renovated rooms. Quiet in the night. Location is ok, with a 10min walk to the metro.

The day we stayed the key card system wasn't working so we weren't given any key to our rooms. Each time a member of reception staff had to accompany us to the room to open it. This was a very poor experience, especially since no compensation was given for this inconvenience.In the room the bathroom was quite cramped due to the door placement. The TV in the room had no access to smart features like YouTube only French language cable TV.

It was in a good location. Not very noisy. Clean and mostly friendly staff

Booked a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together which isn’t an issue until they continuously slide apart

The pillows were too large for our liking but the bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean. It was an easy 5-7min walk from the metro. I am happy that we booked here even though it was a bit out of the way from Paris, we got much better value for our money.
