May always go to Hotel when I come to Paris. Drive my Tesla to the garage, let it charge and for the coming days it’s my new Paris home base. Love it every time

Little little little tip. Don’t make the milk for the cappuccino too hot. When you burn the milk it loses its taste. Small tip from a professional. The rest is really perfecttt.

The room was so cool and very comfortable, I loved the style. I was in a junior suite it was so spacious and gorgeous.

I felt that the staff weren’t overly enthusiastic about dealing with the customers!Also, the bar being hoovered before it was even closed, right around us. Spoils the atmosphere somewhat.

MOB House is a Nice Building with Nice little studios .The Lobby is very nice decorated as are the studios . Very clean especially the towels and sheets. The bed and pillows are comfortable .

The Breakfast could have a bigger selection especially when you are staying more then one night . Also in the bathroom area are more hangers needed for the towels .

Quiet, spacious, relaxing atmosphere

It was close to everything you needed and close to bakeries and transport and any food shopping you needed . The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed our stay . They have joining rooms which makes it great for families.

The lighting , I get it is about be eco friendly. But not having a light over the dinning table where you eat when the sun doesn’t get up until 9 in the morning sometimes made it hard… the place is expensive for Aussies it is not worth the money with a family to stay there . As a couple yes .

Bar looks good

There is no way this place deserves 4 stars.Oh my God—the walls are so thin that we could hear every conversation from the people in the next room.This is a scam; the reviews are not real.It’s a very weird place.I shouldn’t trust Booking.com again.The same thing happened to me in Casablanca as well.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, with a beautiful restaurant and lounge and a very good overall appearance. The bed was comfortable, although the room was a bit too warm. The staff during check-out in the morning were excellent — very friendly, understanding, proactive, and flexible in compensating for the issue from the evening before. A big compliment to the two ladies at the check-out desk.

We made a last-minute booking for five people and paid for five guests. Upon arrival at 10:30 PM, there was no sleeping arrangement for our third child, which was not communicated during check-in. The staff member showed no interest in resolving the issue. We were told to wait, but were never contacted, and later informed that no extra beds were available. Our son had to sleep on the floor with only an extra blanket.The staff the next morning were very helpful and kindly compensated us by waiving the breakfast and parking fees

The junior suite was more spacious than I had expected. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The room was urban chic and very comfortable. A great find within easy striking distance of Paris

Beautiful, modern and cozy hotel close to Montmartre. The suite was perfect, cozy and well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly, super professional and young. 10 put of 10! We will definitely be back!

The beds were comfortable, the gym and hotel itself were modern.

I booked a terrace suite and was told my three different front desk employees that the pictures on their website site also include a sister hotel. So I did NOT recieve the suite I paid for. Also ordered two bottles of wine to be delivered to each room I purchased, no wine ever arrived, but paid for by credit card.

Stunning hotel featuring incredible industrial design. Location in Saint-Ouen (on the Northern border of the city) in the heart of the legendary Paris flea market. Room was enormous and very comfortable; the neutral palette and gorgeous natural woods used throughout created a surprisingly peaceful and relaxing vibe. Room was spotlessly clean, with a super-comfy bed, an awesome shower and great amenities. Ordered room service each morning; service was excellent (the friendly staff -- all dressed in flight suits -- adding o the creative vibe). There's also a lively bar and restaurant on the lobby level - and highly recommend the little cafe next door which was packed with locals/flea market workers. Visited in the fall, so the large outdoor pool (unusual for Paris) was closed but looked well-maintained and inviting, as did the outdoor garden/seating area. Apparently the hotel was intentionally designed to cater to digital nomads, and I could have happily spent a week working there.

Would not recommend the neighborhood for a first-time visitors to Paris- it's a little too far from the main attractions and a bit isolated in the evening, particularly in winter. Seasoned travelers however will have no problem. Found it a bit odd that there was no TV or screen in the room (actually looked as if it had been removed).

Friendly staff.

Shower was broken the shower tray wouldn’t drain away properly. Leak above door as you walk into room. Me and my wife both woke up with bad backs as the bed was not very comfortable. Poor lighting in room.

Everything a real find. The dinner was delicious. Staff very friendly. Room very large and comfortable and so much more than was expecting for money. Very cool vibe. So good I have booked their hotel when I go to the south of France

Having to leave

Very pretty and big room, the vibe is great.

The area is a hit and miss, some roads around are very very rough, and some others are semi okay, definitely stay and take bus/metro to go somewhere else, you wouldn’t go for a walk around.

The design is funky and unique, and the bar area looks cool.

This hotel was, unfortunately, the single biggest disappointment of our four-week European journey. I had high expectations for the MOB House, but they were not met.The main issue is the complete lack of basic hotel service. We arrived early after an overnight flight and, while we understood that an early check-in might not be available, the receptionist provided zero customer service. They were unable to offer any empathy or simple gestures, such as asking if we were tired or offering a shower or breakfast. All we were initially told was that they could hold our luggage until the 3:00 PM check-in time. We had to proactively ask for a shower (which was in the gym area) and then guide ourselves there. If you are looking for a typical, attentive hotel service, this is absolutely not the place for you—the attitude felt very much like "BYO" experience.The disappointment continued inside the room, which was shockingly dirty.• The sofa was so stained that we could not sit on it.• The rug had numerous stains all over it.• Even the shower was dirty.It was simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with design pretensions, to have this low standard of housekeeping and service.

Very clean and unique property with exceptional staff

It was really noisy which disturbed my and my partners sleep throughout the night, this seemed to go on all light long with what sounded like construction work being carried out in the middle of the night
