    Pros +

    • Great location, very near the metro and two excellent bakeries for breakfast. The bed was very comfy, there wasn't too much noise and the restaurant downstairs was very nice. I'd happily stay there again
    • Only positive thing was that it is close to the metro station..
    • My second time staying here. It has the charm, the vibe and everything I needed. I love this hotel. The metro stop is across the street. And it's worth staying slightly away from the most popular areas because I can find also restaurants near by with reasonable prices and good food. The bakery across the McD is the bestas well!

    Cons -

    • While the room was bigger than I expected, the layout was a bit bizarre, meaning that the mini desk and chair was in the way of getting into the bathroom. Also, the door seemed to open on its own at one point; I think someone came in to clean the room, realised I was in the shower and left again, but didn't shut the door properly, so next time someone opened a door the pressure caused the door to pop open, but whether it was a person or faulty door, that's really not what you want while only wearing a towel! I'd consider bringing a door wedge to avoid that
    • There were dust all over the room.It was dirty. You can not lock the doors, because there is not a key instead there is code( which room service also have and can enter any time(Which they did)).You can not put anything on door that can imply do not enter.I can somehow understand reception dont speak english, but could be more friendly. Also to enter the shower you need to open the bathroom door (because there is no space), but i guess it is problem with the architecture.
    • For my stay, all was great! No complains

Across the road from the underground station

Dirty floor, rubbish lying around, no mini toothpaste

Firstly, I liked that they have an early check in time. I landed from an international flight and it was amazing to be able to arrive and rest right away. I also really like that they use codes to access the facility and your room. I just took a pic of the paper in case I’d lose it. Staff was very polite.

It’s not that it was a huge deal but the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. And that’s understandable. Just wanted to mention it for the light sleepers, bring ear plugs. There is a kettle but no tea packets or anything. Very basic. Again; not a huge deal but it would go long ways if they added a few things in the room. Overall I had a comforstay

The best part of our stay was the hotel’s location. Even though it was 30 minutes from the center, it was right in front of a metro station, which was the most convenient part of our trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was kept very clean throughout our stay.

The thicker duvet in the closet didn't seem very clean. Also, the room was a bit dark and didn't have a hairdryer.

    Location is near metro station

Smell from the toilette in the morning, and the metress was a little overused

    4KiranPosted on: 1-6-2026

View from the window was a beautiful church.

No elevators in the hotel. I climbed 3 floors with my 2 trolley bags.

    clean appartment and friendly staff

they said sound proof but when someone from uper floor takes shower or flush commode....that's a disturbing sound

The hotel is just across Garibaldi Metro so in a few minutes you can get to wherever. It is a small warm room, pleasant enough to get some sleep. Cleaning service was on every day. It is as expected for most part, good to visit Paris on a budget.

Toilette is so small that when sitted my knees were against the door and my arm was resting on the sink and sometimes it was smelly, like the wc vents were conected to the same pipe as the kitchen vents. My room was on the 1st floor and saturday night the bar below had live music... had to sleep with headphones.

The accommodation was cozy, the location was great as we had the metro station across the street, the room was cleaned.

the only thing i can “cry” about is that the bed was broken i woke up with back pains

Perfect location for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Great views of the city from my window! The staff were extremely helpful and so welcoming! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel and the bar is also a great little spot! I will definitely be returning.

    9HerbertPosted on: 12-1-2025

The room was funky and stylish, access without keys was no problem, and when reception was manned, it was warm and friendly. The big thing is it's just outside of the Périphérique motorway ring which circles the old central city of Paris, but this was not a problem as a Metro station is right on the doorstep, and it's only a few minutes ride away.

    2JeanPosted on: 11-28-2025

The staff were polite, the location was convenient as it was in font of the tram stop. The room was warm.

Rooms were not clean. At first sight they seem ok, but they were definitely not. I found a dirt under the bed and corners of the room, the bed table had a stains of the bottom of the drink and some dirt, I even found spider webs. Last, the glass door of the shower was broken.

How close the metro and so many shops are. One of the man of staff that greeted us he was soo nice and let us leave our bags there for the day after checkout!

Just there was a little very small spider web nothing major and the rooms are not soundproof so we could hear the other couple across talking and snoring.

Hotel was very pleasant surprise. After reviews we came with little expectation but staff was very kind. We got big room with own bathroom, everything smelled nice, we had beautiful view. It had everything we need after coming back from town everynight, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, TV to watch, heated room and hot water. For that money we were extremely surprised and satisfied. Thank you again, this accommodation definitely made our trip hundred times better. And on top of that metro is right ourside, as well as Mcdonald, fantastic bakery and bus stops. Neighborhood felt really safe, not a single bad thing. Also check out was extremely easy since we did not need to give stuff anything and we could just leave in the middle of the night when we needed. There was also many sockets, like 4 or 5 so no problem with that, also hanger for coats and small wardrobe. We got towels and soap which was nice. Wifi was really strong and worked without any problem! Really great hotel!

There was no elevater and we had to walk on 3rd floor but it was only once a day and we had no big luggage so it was no problem. Maybe we saw some webs in corners or bits on floor but other than that it really felt clean. There was no hair dryer but i think there is possibility to lend it on reception, but we didnt really need that. Not any seriours problems that would make our stay uncomfortable. For price like that not any issue with anything.

The hotel is clean with good sound insulation. The location is great.

Water was leaking from the bathroom sink. And with a big bag on the third floor is difficult to carry the bag in that small stairs.
